Kubus names Jeremy Keefe Chief Executive Officer for UK growth

Tue, 21st Oct 2025

Kubus has appointed Jeremy Keefe as Chief Executive Officer to guide the company into its next phase of growth in the UK market.

Jeremy Keefe brings more than 25 years of experience from the UK IT Channel, having served in leadership roles at companies such as Computacenter, Citrix, and most recently, Uniphore. His arrival at Kubus is effective immediately.

The company specialises in complex networking, IT infrastructure solutions, and managed services, and Keefe's background covers key areas including unified communications, telecoms, contact centres, software, professional and managed services, and cloud-based offerings such as SaaS, UCaaS, and CCaaS.

Leadership focus

Keefe commented on his appointment and the timing, referencing the company's recent financial developments. He said:

"Following on from last year's significant investment from BGF, I am joining Kubus at a pivotal moment in the company's journey. At a time when the IT Channel is continuing to go through systemic changes, Kubus has continued to build a strong and solid reputation. Built on technical expertise, agility and a strong commitment to its clients, that reputation is well deserved. I am looking forward to working with the talented team to drive sales, fully leverage the benefits of recent investments, and build on the company's core strengths to become a global IT infrastructure and managed services partner."

His industry experience is expected to align with Kubus's plans for expanding both its UK operations and its presence in global markets.

Strategic priorities

Paul Brennan, Executive Chairman at Kubus Group, highlighted the strategic reasons for Keefe's recruitment. Brennan stated:

"Jeremy joining us for the next stage of Kubus's evolution, is focal to our success. We deliver what others cannot. Kubus' two-decades of heritage of delivering complex information infrastructure solutions is a fantastic foundation for growth. Aligning Jeremy's cross-continent industry experience with our global coordination capabilities, innovative services, and highly accredited partner technology solutions, I am even more confident of our successful expansion. Jeremy is the right person to take Kubus on the next stage of its journey."

The appointment follows a period of investment from BGF, which the company sees as an opportunity to accelerate its growth path in the UK and internationally. Keefe is expected to focus on leveraging this investment, driving sales, and enhancing core service propositions.

Market backdrop

Growth in the IT channel continues to be shaped by industry-wide changes, with technology businesses seeking to adapt their offerings and delivery models. Against this context, Kubus has maintained a business model focused on technological expertise, agility, and commitment to customer requirements, supporting organisations from start-ups to FTSE100-listed enterprises.

The global IT infrastructure and managed services markets are also experiencing demand for flexible, scalable, and secure technology solutions. With Keefe's experience in unified communications and cloud-based services, Kubus aims to refine its portfolio to address these evolving client needs.

Kubus has operated for over two decades in the sector, delivering services that include networking, compute and storage, and security. Its offering spans pre-sales consultation, technology supply, installation, and around-the-clock managed support.

The company's leadership team expects the combination of Keefe's cross-industry knowledge and Kubus's technical track record to support an expansion beyond its existing domestic base, seeking to position itself as a global partner in IT infrastructure and managed services.
