Audiebant partners with Simply NUC to enhance safety tech

Audiebant has entered into an exclusive agreement with Simply NUC to become the sole supplier of small-form custom computing products for its zoned mass communication sector.

With this partnership, Audiebant aims to enhance the deployment of its intelligent communication software, which plays a crucial role in mitigating risks to individuals and property during critical incidents or terrorist attacks. This collaboration supports Audiebant's suite of facility security and mass communication systems, including its newly launched, solar-powered outdoor events unit.

Under the agreement, Simply NUC will custom-install Audiebant's software on their hardware, creating a Hardware-Enabled Software-as-a-Service (HESaaS) Audiebant-branded media player. Additionally, Simply NUC will oversee the logistics of delivering these units to Audiebant's clients across the globe.

Simply NUC's expansive distribution network, which covers over 200 countries, will enable Audiebant to benefit from a more efficient supply chain, thereby reducing delivery times. This partnership ensures that their dedicated safety solution can reach clients promptly and effectively.

The agreement presents strategic value for Simply NUC as well, adding Audiebant as a significant long-term customer to their existing portfolio, which includes NASA, Meta, and Tesla among other major international organisations.

Audiebant expects this partnership to facilitate a projected 500% annual compounded growth in both client base and revenue over the next three years, as they aim to expand into more than 30 countries during this period.
