Hexaware & Archimedis launch QCaaS for life sciences
Hexaware Technologies and Archimedis Digital have partnered to unveil a new solution named Quality & Compliance as a Solution (QCaaS) targeting the life sciences sector.
This new service, inspired by Computerized Systems Assurance (CSA) principles and aided by Artificial Intelligence (AI), is crafted to support firms in the life sciences industry in ensuring quality and efficiency while maintaining regulatory standards.
QCaaS is built on the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) CSA principles that focus on risk-based validation, critical thinking, and streamlined documentation. Additionally, the solution is enhanced by generative AI tools that expedite document production, risk analysis, and quality assessments.
The service integrates domain specialists, promising a blend of industry experience and contextual intelligence to bolster quality and compliance initiatives.
One of the key promises of QCaaS is to deliver cost-efficiency by reducing the time and expenses associated with verification and validation activities, potentially facilitating quicker product launches and updates.
Hexaware's collaboration with Archimedis Digital is designed to offer value to biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies, among others, by addressing cost reduction and speeding up quality processes in the industry.
Commenting on the partnership, Srinivas Marimganti, Head of Life Sciences & Healthcare at Hexaware Technologies, stated, "We are pleased to partner with Archimedis Digital in delivering QCaaS to our broad range of life sciences clients. This collaboration combines Hexaware's expertise in client solutions with Archimedis Digital's domain capabilities. We're excited to bring this capability to the industry, targeted towards driving faster, more reliable outcomes."
Duraisamy Rajan Palani, Founder & CEO of Archimedis Digital, added, "We have created a Quality & Compliance framework leveraging our years of life sciences industry experience and are in the process of digitizing the same. We are thrilled to take this solution to Hexaware's clients."
