Hillier Nurseries upgrades systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Nexer Enterprise Applications will undertake the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at Hillier Nurseries to update and support the horticultural business's digital and financial systems.
Hillier Nurseries, which operates 22 garden centres throughout the South of England, has tasked Nexer with enhancing and futureproofing its core business technologies. The project commenced in mid-2025 and will focus on delivering a comprehensive overhaul of Hillier's finance system and digital foundations.
Part of the project scope includes integrating Business Central with Hillier's existing specialist nursery management and point-of-sale applications. This is intended to allow for improved data flows throughout the business, supporting both operational requirements and customer transactions across the company's retail network.

Founded in 1864, Hillier Nurseries is a longstanding family enterprise, offering a range of plants, gardening essentials, and in-store dining across its Southern England sites. The upgrade of the company's business systems is seen as a step to support ongoing growth and sustain the firm's legacy well into the future.
