Nebula Global ranked ninth on FEBE Growth 100 for 2024
Nebula Global Services has secured the number nine spot on the prestigious FEBE Growth 100 list for 2024. The annual list celebrates Britain's fastest-growing, founder-led private companies, ranking them based on their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in sales over the last three financial years.
Among the IT services businesses, Nebula is one of only two companies to make the list, with Xailient positioned at number 100.
John Maffioli, co-founder of FEBE, remarked on the significance of the list, stating, "This list reveals the fastest growing founder-led companies in the UK. The FEBE Growth 100 is where you'll find some of the country's most talented entrepreneurs and most exciting companies."
Ross Teague, CEO and founder of Nebula Global Services, shared his thoughts on the company's achievement.
"As a serial entrepreneur, I formed the idea of Nebula during the pandemic back in 2020 following the successful sale of my previous business," he said. "My concept was simple, to create a sustainable global technology community for the benefit of future generations through an obsession to source-local, source-responsible and source-ethical."
"The journey we have been on since Nebula's inception has been nothing short of incredible, and to be listed alongside this fantastic cohort of UK businesses is very humbling."
Nebula emphasises the evolving standards in the provision of technology services.
Service providers, according to the company, can no longer lead solely with their capabilities. There is an increasing need for technology businesses to clearly define their purpose regarding sustainability and to hold themselves accountable to their committed pledges.
In line with this philosophy, Nebula developed the NebZero initiative, its roadmap to NetZero.
"Our phenomenal growth is down to our loyal customers and the fantastic #TeamNebula who go above and beyond every day to ensure we deliver a consistent and high standard of customer experience," Teague added.
Nebula Global Services collaborates closely with Managed Services Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and System Integrators (SIs) to deliver sustainable professional and managed services across more than 140 countries.
The company's large network of over 7,400 technical and service delivery specialists provides local expertise and knowledge, creating a unique advantage for global service delivery. This network allows customers to benefit from local skills while leveraging Nebula's understanding of regional markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscapes.
Key to Nebula's strategy is its "6 Step Holistic Approach to Sustainability," which includes reducing carbon footprints, supporting local economies, ensuring cultural sensitivity and adaptability, achieving faster time-to-market, fostering sustainable partnerships, and embracing technology and innovation.
These steps are designed to minimise environmental impact while promoting economic and social benefits in the regions where Nebula operates.
Teague pointed out that by utilising local resources, Nebula significantly reduces the carbon footprint associated with traditional supply chains. This approach helps to cut down on extensive international travel, shipping, and transportation.
Supporting local economies also stimulates economic growth and supports sustainable development by creating jobs, enhancing local livelihoods, and promoting community well-being.
Nebula's commitment to cultural sensitivity and local adaptability increases the likelihood of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Its model of leveraging local resources can expedite service delivery timelines by efficiently navigating regional regulations and bureaucratic processes. Nebula also selects partners whose values align with its sustainability goals, ensuring that the service delivery supply chain remains focused on environmentally and socially responsible outcomes.
Nebula maintains a commitment to local charities, including its association with SHARE Wokingham, a community-based organisation providing fresh food to families and supporting their health and well-being.
