Workspace 365 partners with Aries Global for growth boost

Workspace 365 has entered into a strategic partnership with Aries Global, a federation of founder-led software companies, aiming to boost its international growth.

Workspace 365, established in the Netherlands in 2010, provides digital workspace software solutions to help streamline the work environment for over 2,300 organisations. The company has collaborated with Aries Global to enhance its growth strategies in the rapidly expanding cloud marketplace ecosystem valued at over $50 billion.

Aries Global was co-founded by Michael Mitterlehner, a technology growth investor, and Thibaut Ceyrolle, a former executive at Snowflake. The organisation is known for nurturing some of the world's most successful technology companies. It recently acquired all shares of Workspace 365 previously held by Value Creation Capital and Oost NL, leaving co-founders Erik Nicolai and Hans de Graaf, along with Aries Global, as the current shareholders.

The partnership aligns Workspace 365 with Aries Global's network of founder-owned software enterprises in spheres such as Vertical Business Applications, Modern Work, and Data & AI. This collaboration is expected to fortify Workspace 365's distribution reach and technological capabilities.
