Bitloops raises EUR €1 million to speed up frontend code delivery
Bitloops, an AI-powered development platform aimed at professional frontend engineers, has secured EUR €1 million in pre-seed funding.
The investment round was led by Eleven Ventures and Corallia Ventures, with additional support from several angel investors. The funds will be used to advance Bitloops' strategy of helping teams convert Figma designs into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable production code while maintaining established engineering standards.
Founded by Vasilis Danias and Sergio Pereira, Bitloops operates as a Greek-Cypriot company and is committed to building an international business with a regional base in Greece and Cyprus. The founding team includes experience from firms such as FREE NOW, Uber, Boston Consulting Group, and Accenture.
Bridging the gap
Bitloops distinguishes itself from low-code or no-code tools by offering what it describes as a system-aware approach to code transformation. Its platform is designed to understand layout logic, design systems, and developer conventions, providing detailed guidance during the implementation process and producing production-ready code in line with established engineering practices.
The platform addresses a common issue in frontend development: the gap between design output and the standard of code required for production environments. Existing generative AI tools and large language models are said to accelerate initial code creation but often require further work to ensure alignment with code architecture, responsiveness, and integration with enterprise systems.
"Developers can get 80% of the way from design to code in a few hours—but the last 20% is where everything slows down. That final polish often takes days, if it happens at all—causing delays, frustration, and endless loops with designers," said Vasilis Danias, Co-Founder of Bitloops. "Generic AI tools such as ChatGPT or even code editors such as Cursor or Windsurf can help with snippets or quick fixes, but they don't deliver the 10x leap in productivity that frontend developers need—especially when it comes to structured, design-accurate, production-ready code. Bitloops changes that. Developers can now achieve results that are 95% perfect in just minutes instead of hours—without sacrificing quality, structure, or design fidelity. It's not only about very significant productivity gains; it's also about finally being able to build without compromise."
Bitloops has adopted what it describes as a Frontend Copilot approach, combining AI with structured workflows to ensure that the resulting UI components are well-documented, fully responsive, and ready for immediate integration into production systems. The platform automatically updates design systems and produces accompanying documentation, including Storybook files, to help reduce repetitive work and accelerate delivery schedules.
Investors' perspective
Speaking on behalf of Eleven Ventures, Partner Svetozar Georgiev said: "Bitloops is building a category-defining product at the intersection of AI and professional software development. Their vision of enabling developers to work faster without compromising quality fits perfectly with where the industry is headed."
Dr. Nikos Vogiatzis, Partner at Corallia Ventures, added: "Bitloops is tackling a well-documented bottleneck in frontend development—where repetitive, low-level tasks slow down even the most experienced teams. Their approach is grounded in strong technical research and a clear grasp of developer workflows. We're excited to support a team bringing rigor and innovation to an area that's overdue for transformation."
Growth and product development
The company, which is currently in a closed alpha phase, has on-boarded over 100 early users and is working closely with five design partners to refine the platform. Feedback from these users has reportedly validated the code quality and overall experience.
With the funds secured, Bitloops plans to accelerate product development and hire additional software engineers, AI specialists, and product experts. The roadmap includes the development of more developer-centric features, refinement of its proprietary AI models, and integration with additional design tools, content management systems, and programming languages.
Another area of focus is the further advancement of Bitloops' domain-specific language model, which is trained specifically for frontend development tasks such as component structure, styling, and ensuring responsiveness.
"For developers, the real bottleneck isn't creativity—it's the grind. Bitloops eliminates the grunt work: the CSS wrangling, the variant juggling, the endless tweaks," said Sergio Pereira, Co-Founder of Bitloops. "We give teams back their time and focus, letting them ship polished, production-ready UIs at scale—without the usual tradeoffs. It's not just automation—it's leverage."
Platform access and next steps
Bitloops remains in closed alpha, with a waitlist for developers interested in early access. The company's stated aim is to provide frontend teams with production-grade code that streamlines the transition from design to deployable software.
