CDW acquires Mission Cloud to enhance AWS services expertise

CDW has announced the acquisition of Mission Cloud Services, a US-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Partner.

The acquisition aims to enhance CDW's cloud and AI technology services by integrating Mission's capabilities into CDW's infrastructure. This development is set to complement CDW Digital Velocity, CDW's existing cloud, data, AI, and software engineering organisation, effectively strengthening CDW's cloud expertise and market reach.

Established in 2017, Mission Cloud Services is noted for addressing the specific requirements of small and mid-market AWS customers by providing personalised solutions and strategic guidance. Their services span professional services projects, cloud services, security, and AI solutions. As a partner certified in generative AI with AWS, Mission focuses on transforming customer data through AI and machine learning while ensuring the security of AWS-managed environments.
