Consistent Infosystems took more than 90 premium IT partners and their families on a six-day trip to Georgia to recognise their support and deepen channel relationships.

The visit was led by Nitin Bansal, Director and Co-Founder, and Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co-Founder. The group included members of the company's channel network and their families, bringing partners and the business together outside formal commercial settings.

Channel partners remain central to distribution in India's technology hardware market, particularly for companies that sell through large reseller and dealer networks across multiple states. Trips, incentives and recognition programmes are commonly used to retain loyalty in a competitive market, where brands compete for reseller attention across categories such as computing accessories, networking gear, surveillance products and consumer electronics.

Consistent sells products across IT hardware, networking, surveillance, print consumables, electronics and gaming. The Georgia trip formed part of its broader partner engagement efforts as it works to maintain ties with the resellers and distributors that support its route to market.

The company described the trip as family-inclusive, aimed at combining recognition with relationship-building. Senior management joined the visit, giving partners time with company leaders during the six-day programme.

In comments on the initiative, the company linked the trip to the role its channel community has played in its growth.

"Our partners have always been an important part of Consistent's journey, and we believe that our relationship with them extends beyond business. The Georgia trip was an opportunity to come together with our partners and their families, appreciate their continued support and celebrate our association. We are happy to create experiences that strengthen these relationships and make our partnership journey more meaningful," said Nitin Bansal, Director and Co-Founder, Consistent Infosystems.

The company also told partners that Switzerland will be the destination for its next partner trip. The announcement points to a continuing budgetary and organisational commitment to channel-focused incentive travel, even as many technology companies balance sales growth ambitions with tighter control over spending.

For companies that rely heavily on third-party sellers, such trips can serve several purposes at once. They reward performance, reinforce personal relationships between management and reseller owners, and help brands maintain visibility with channel businesses that often carry competing product lines.

Consistent has built a broad domestic footprint since starting operations in New Delhi in 2011. According to company figures, it now has more than 25 branches, over 93 service centres, more than 400 direct employees, and exports to over 17 countries. It also says it works with more than 3,795 channel partners across India and serves more than 5.5 crore customers.

That scale helps explain the emphasis on partner management. In fragmented hardware and electronics markets, reach is often determined less by direct sales than by the depth and commitment of reseller networks, after-sales support, and the ability to keep products visible across regional markets.

According to the company, Consistent's portfolio now spans 693 or more products. The range covers categories that typically depend on broad channel distribution and local market relationships, particularly outside major metropolitan areas, where dealers and regional partners often act as the main interface with customers.

The company added that recent recognition for its toner cartridge, surveillance and gaming products has raised its market profile. While awards can support branding, channel relationships remain a more immediate commercial lever in categories where purchase decisions are often influenced by retailer recommendation, installer preference and distributor availability.

Agrawal said the company sees those relationships in personal as well as commercial terms.

"We consider our partners an extension of the Consistent family. Experiences such as the Georgia trip give us an opportunity to spend time together, appreciate our association and build stronger bonds. We are delighted to announce Switzerland as our next destination and look forward to another memorable journey with our partners and their families," said Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co-Founder, Consistent Infosystems.
