Bruun brings a rich experience of over 25 years in senior sales and leadership roles within the technology sector. His new role at Delinea will see him spearheading strategic business direction across the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordic countries.

In his capacity as Delinea's new Vice President, Bruun will coordinate the company’s sales and channel strategies, aiming to consolidate Delinea’s market presence in the Northern European region. His impressive career features senior commands at global cybersecurity organisations such as Symantec and Forcepoint, where he was instrumental in propelling sales growth across EMEA, Northern Europe, the UK, and Ireland.

Prior to his latest role, Bruun was the SVP EMEA for Sauce Labs, a global automated testing solutions provider, taking charge of the complete EMEA go-to-market team. His contributions across these roles underscore his capability to help customers address their intricate cybersecurity challenges, and establish effective strategies to optimise sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Spence Young, Senior Vice President EMEA at Delinea, expressed his confidence in Bruun's appointment, asserting that, “Matt has a wealth of experience in helping customers solve their complex cybersecurity challenges and joins Delinea with a great track record of delivering effective strategies to drive sales, revenue and customer satisfaction.” He further welcomed the VP’s appointment as a testament to Delinea’s resolve to sustain growth across Northern Europe and ensure superior service levels for their customers, partners, and employees.

Taking on his new role, Bruun said, “I’m delighted to have joined Delinea at this pivotal time as the company continues to grow and innovate, empowering customers to secure their most critical systems and privileged accounts.” He went on to highlight Delinea’s comprehensive solution portfolio as a tool that enables customers to extend PAM across their entire infrastructure, thereby ensuring business continuity even amidst grave identity breach threats.

Commenting on his future plans, Bruun expressed his enthusiasm towards building on Delinea’s successful trajectory across Northern Europe, emphasising his commitment towards accomplishing the company’s regional business goals.
