Fivetran has announced the appointment of Simon Quinton as General Manager for EMEA, alongside new Chief Financial Officer Suresh Seshadri and Chief People Officer Anand Mehta.

Simon Quinton will lead the EMEA operations of Fivetran, focusing on enhancing growth and market presence within the region. His extensive experience in enterprise software includes senior roles at prominent companies such as Salesforce, Infor, and SAP. At Salesforce, Quinton was Senior AVP & GM for Tableau EMEA North, overseeing operations in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe, and managing the ESMB and CRM Analytics business units.
During his time at Infor, he held positions including Vice President of Infor Major Accounts for EMEA and Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. Earlier in his career with SAP, Quinton spearheaded initiatives to drive innovation and transformation across industries such as telecommunications, life sciences, and consumer products.
Suresh Seshadri, appointed as Chief Financial Officer, joins Fivetran after his tenure at OpenGov, where he was instrumental in the company's financial strategy and operations amid significant growth. Under his leadership, OpenGov's financial and IT infrastructure was scaled, and operational efficiencies were enhanced, contributing to a strategic investment from Cox Enterprises valuing OpenGov at USD $1.8 billion.
Before OpenGov, Seshadri was the first CFO at Freshworks and played a key role in leading its public offering. His career also includes finance roles at AppDynamics, where he saw the company acquired by Cisco for USD $3.7 billion, as well as at VMware and Microsoft. Seshadri began his career as a design engineer at Sun Microsystems.
Anand Mehta has been appointed Chief People Officer, bringing a decade of leadership experience in human resources. Mehta's previous role was CPO at ID.me, during which he managed rapid growth and assisted in expanding the company's position in the digital identity sector. Before this, he served as CPO at Compass during its transition to a publicly traded company, where he scaled HR functions to accommodate a workforce increase from 1,700 to over 4,000 employees within a year. His career includes time at Bridgewater Associates, where he held leadership roles within the investment and HR domains, and experience in consulting and technology roles at Bain & Company.
