GoTo debuts LogMeIn Partner Network for IT resellers

Wed, 18th Mar 2026

GoTo has launched the LogMeIn Partner Network, a refreshed channel programme for resellers that it plans to extend to managed service providers (MSPs) and global system integrators (GSIs) later this year.

The programme is for partners that sell and service LogMeIn products within GoTo's wider portfolio. It initially targets IT resellers and includes commercial incentives, training, and additional support resources.

Programme focus

The LogMeIn Partner Network features tiered rewards tied to sales performance, alongside expanded partner enablement. Partners also get access to partner managers and specialist teams, as well as co-marketing options such as joint campaigns, marketing funds, and pipeline-generation activities.

The network covers a solution portfolio built around LogMeIn Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue. Resolve focuses on endpoint management and remote IT administration, while Rescue is aimed at remote support. GoTo also referenced "zero trust security" and said it is adding AI-driven features and product updates across these tools.

Training includes onboarding, certifications, and sales education, supported by partner success teams and solutions consultants.

Channel context

The launch follows partner leadership hires over the past year. In 2025, GoTo recruited Steve Shattuck as Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems to drive expansion across IT partners, MSPs, GSIs, and alliances.

Shattuck linked the programme to a broader ecosystem push and emphasised partner support and flexibility.

"GoTo is committed to providing the highest level of support to our LogMeIn partners, empowering them with industry-leading solutions, meaningful benefits, and the flexibility they need to succeed. Together, we are building a stronger ecosystem that drives mutual growth and delivers top-tier endpoint management, remote support, and security to customers worldwide," said Steve Shattuck, Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems, GoTo.

Partner reaction

Softcat is among the partners cited in connection with the launch. The UK-based IT infrastructure and services provider said it sees the programme as a way to expand its offer around secure remote IT operations.

"Joining GoTo's LogMeIn Partner Network has been a strategic decision for our business. Their portfolio is both comprehensive and practical, allowing us to deliver secure, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients," said Marc Allen, ITAM/ITSM Solution Specialist, Softcat UK. "What sets GoTo apart is not just the strength of their technology, but the quality of their partner offerings. The enablement resources, marketing support, and responsive channel team make it easy to build pipeline and close business with confidence. We feel supported, not just supplied. In a crowded vendor landscape, GoTo stands out as a collaborative, forward-thinking partner that genuinely invests in mutual success."

Product line-up

LogMeIn Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue sit alongside GoTo Connect in the company's main product set. GoTo sells cloud communications software and IT management tools, positioning them for organisations ranging from small firms to large enterprises.

For many resellers and service providers, remote support and endpoint management have become core parts of a standard IT stack. Customers are also placing greater emphasis on security controls, auditability, and access management, particularly for distributed workforces. In response, vendors have introduced broader platform bundles, more structured partner incentives, and additional pre-sales and post-sales resources.

GoTo is pitching the partner network as a way to bring these elements under a single programme and provide more predictable engagement for channel businesses. The initial phase focuses on resellers, with MSP and GSI updates due later in 2026.

GoTo is headquartered in Boston and reports about USD $1 billion in annual revenue. It has around 2,500 employees across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Further updates for MSPs and GSIs are expected as the LogMeIn Partner Network expands beyond the initial reseller launch.
