Infinity Group wins 2025 Dynamics 365 Partner of the Year award
Infinity Group has been named the 2025 Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner of the Year by Microsoft, recognising its achievements in developing and delivering customer solutions based on Microsoft technology. The London-based managed service provider was selected from more than 4,600 nominees worldwide, reflecting its work in cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) for a diverse customer base.

Infinity Group's award specifically acknowledges its performance in leveraging Dynamics 365 Business Central across different industries, assisting organisations in streamlining operations and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Customer growth
Infinity Group expanded its presence in the Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem in the past year, growing from 300 to 540 customers. This expansion was supported by the acquisition of BamBoom Cloud's customer base through its partnership with Pax8. The company introduced the BC Quick solution, targeting rapid ERP deployment and helping drive adoption throughout its customer portfolio. The company reported 80% year-on-year growth and a 60% increase in the adoption of Copilot, Microsoft's AI-driven automation capacity within Business Central.
Strategic partnerships
The company's approach to its service delivery model relied on embedding partners, such as Pax8, throughout its processes and preparing for new routes to market, including the Pax8 agent marketplace. This has enabled Infinity Group to increase efficiency, refine its approach to software licensing, and support customers both in the UK and internationally. The company noted successful project delivery for clients in sectors including consumer appliances.
