Integrity360 expands Microsoft security services across Europe
Thu, 18th Jan 2024

Integrity360, one of Europe's leading cyber security firms, is stepping up its international growth effort by expanding its range of Microsoft security services. The pan-European specialist firm has plans to launch its improved service suite in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and the Nordic regions.

As part of the expansion, the company has considerably invested in the training and development of more than 30 staff members, product and platform integration as well as development, and proprietary threat detection for the Microsoft network. The expanded portfolio now includes professional services for the assessment, design, implementation, and ongoing management of Microsoft security solutions.

The enhanced services will offer advanced protection for clients in areas like cloud security, data security, threat protection, and identity and access management. The specialist services are being launched in response to increasing customer demand for optimising their security infrastructure and configurations. This will enable them to get the maximum value from the security tools within their Microsoft licensing agreements.

These services will be available across all major Microsoft Security product families such as Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR. Given Microsoft's dominance in security, collaboration, and productivity sectors, Integrity360 estimates that around 75% of businesses across Europe may find these offerings relevant.

The professional services team at Integrity360 will assist customers to maximise the security features of the Microsoft ecosystem for their applications, systems, and users. Customers will be able to take advantage of existing Microsoft environments and investments in order to gain maximum return. Enhanced access to resources will provide customers with improved protection against cyber threats like ransomware, data theft, insider risk, and zero-day attacks.

In addition, the cyber security specialist is expanding its portfolio of Microsoft managed services with a comprehensive extended detection and response (XDR) offering. This new aspect is aimed at boosting an organisation’s cyber security posture for countering continually evolving threats. 24/7 monitoring will relieve the pressure on internal security teams along with enhanced detection and quick containment of threats.

As a result of these new services, Integrity360 has achieved designations within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Programme. It has been named a Solutions Partner for Security, underscoring its specialisation in securing multi-operating-system endpoints, Microsoft 365, third-party infrastructure, and multi-cloud environments using the Microsoft security portfolio.

It has been awarded the Solutions Partner for Modern Work title as well, for demonstrating expertise across Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. This is crucial for understanding how these environments can be secured.

Brian Martin, Director of Product Management at Integrity360, stated: “Integrity360 is delighted to expand our comprehensive suite of services across Microsoft’s security portfolio. Our new partner designations will help us fulfil our Microsoft services vision and cement our position in the security marketplace, while further growing our business."

Jim Leddy, Head of Technology, Cloud and Security at ffh Management Services, endorses the expanded offering with his statement, "When we made the decision to avail of the ever-expanding Microsoft security offering, it was reassuring to get advice, guidance, and support from security experts who not only knew our estate but understand the Microsoft security portfolio implicitly."

Clare Hillis, Head of Channel Sales at Microsoft Ireland, welcomed Integrity360's investment and commitment to the Microsoft security portfolio, noting, "As cyberattacks increase their speed, scale, and sophistication, they demand a new approach to security and we look forward to further collaborating with Integrity360 to help our mutual customers secure their environments, reduce risk, and get the most value from end-to-end security solutions."
