LearnUpon launches LearnUpon Anywhere to boost customer education
LearnUpon announced the release of its new product, LearnUpon Anywhere, aimed at enhancing customer education through a seamless learning experience.
The tool is designed to integrate with an organisation's existing products and services, allowing users to access training modules without the need to navigate to a separate Learning Management System (LMS).

This enables customers to engage with the courses in real-time, thereby providing a more integrated learning experience. Admins can manage and track all customer learning through the LearnUpon LMS.
Some of the key features highlighted include the ability for teams to embed LearnUpon courses directly into any site or platform chosen by the organisation. Users can access and complete these courses without leaving the product experience. It also offers comprehensive reporting tools to track user engagement, course progress, completion rates, and exam results.
The product is geared towards enhancing various areas within an organisation, such as onboarding, revenue generation, and customer support. By offering contextual, self-service courses during product use, the feature aims to reduce the costs and manpower typically associated with customer onboarding. Furthermore, it provides opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services through integrated courses.
This new launch follows a period of significant growth for LearnUpon in 2024. The company has expanded its presence in the US market while maintaining a strong footprint in the EMEA region, as evidenced by the establishment of a new office in London. LearnUpon now serves over 1,500 customers, with more than 20 million users and 150 million completed courses. The company's LMS is used in over 40 countries, including more than 1,000 in the US.
LearnUpon has seen notable growth in the healthcare services sector and continues to expand in the professional services and technology sectors.
