Leaseweb unveils cost-effective VPS starting at EUR €3.99

Today

Leaseweb Global has introduced a new Virtual Private Server (VPS) solution designed to offer businesses a blend of cost-effective performance, rapid local storage, and straightforward deployment.

The cloud services provider's VPS packages are available from EUR €3.99 per month and are powered by high-performance CPUs, local NVMe storage, and a 10 Gbps uplink speed. These packages cater to businesses in need of a scalable, efficient hosting service, while also offering an entry-level option to Leaseweb's Public Cloud.

Customers can utilise a low-touch, self-service portal, which simplifies server configuration, resource monitoring, and snapshot management, making it accessible to users with limited technical expertise. This facilitates businesses in expanding their infrastructure in line with their growing requirements.

"Our new VPS solution has been designed from the ground up to offer the ideal balance of performance, usability and cost," said Mathijs Heikamp, Director Product Management at Leaseweb Global. "By combining the latest hardware, advanced automation and an intuitive self-service portal, we're delivering a cloud infrastructure solution that can effortlessly adapt to customer requirements."

The VPS solution comes equipped with built-in security measures such as firewalls and DDoS protection. It is operated from ISO-certified data centres, providing customers with peace of mind regarding security and reliability. Additionally, a backup service is available as an optional add-on for those clients who wish to incorporate it into their package.

Leaseweb serves a global portfolio of 20,000 customers, ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises, offering services such as Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Content Delivery Network, and Cyber Security Services. The company operates 28 data centres across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America, supported by a network with a capacity in excess of 10 Tbps.
