NashTech boosts UK & US leadership to meet rising AI demand
Tech solutions provider NashTech has expanded its leadership ranks in the UK and US with five senior appointments as demand for artificial intelligence and digital transformation services rises.
The company has added three leaders in the UK and two in the US. The roles span presales, client engagement, advisory and account leadership.
NashTech has hired Andrew Bremner as Senior Presales Consultant, Natalie Whittlesey as Client Community Director and Thomas Pointer as Senior Technology Consultant within NashTech Advisory. In the US, Brendan Petersen and Eric Erickson have joined as Client Directors as the firm develops its North American operations.
John O'Brien, CEO at NashTech, said the hires come at a time when clients are increasing their focus on transformation projects.
"Our clients are doubling down on transformation and expect partners who bring depth of knowledge, particularly in the AI space, pace and pragmatism. These hires add just that - proven leaders who strengthen how we advise, design and deliver. It is another clear signal of our investment in people and our long-term commitment to clients," said O'Brien.
UK leadership moves
NashTech has created the Client Community Director role for the UK. Whittlesey will take on that position.

US expansion
NashTech has also strengthened its presence in North America. The company has appointed two Client Directors in the US.
Petersen brings 10 years of experience in scaling SaaS and technology services businesses. His role will focus on client relationships in the region.
He has worked on programmes that modernise legacy technology estates into cloud-native platforms. His projects have also applied AI, automation and data tools.
His work has targeted cost reduction, efficiency gains and revenue growth. He has operated in environments where clients seek both modernisation and measurable financial outcomes.
Erickson is based in Michigan and joins as a Client Director. He has 20 years of experience in enterprise account leadership and digital transformation.
His background spans the technology, media and commerce sectors. He has led long-term transformation relationships with large organisations.
Erickson has built teams for account delivery in previous roles. He worked at Elevate Technology Partners and CQL.
His track record includes forming long-term client partnerships. He has also managed delivery for multi-year digital programmes.
Demand for AI
NashTech is positioning the new appointments against a backdrop of growing interest in AI-linked services. Many organisations are reassessing technology investment plans and operating models.
The company delivers advisory and engineering services through a global delivery model. Its work covers AI, automation, cloud and wider digital transformation programmes.
The five new leaders will work across UK and US markets. They will link advisory work with delivery teams in other locations.
NashTech expects further demand from organisations that are upgrading legacy systems and experimenting with applied AI. The firm plans to deepen client relationships in both existing and new sectors as the new leadership team beds in.
