OpenText launches new learning subscription for partners

OpenText has unveiled a new Partner Enterprise Learning Subscription aimed at equipping partners with vital skills.

The subscription allows partners to build relevant product-related skills at scale, providing customers with confidence in their partner choice through enhanced credibility. According to OpenText, this initiative addresses skills shortages and capacity constraints, helping partners expand their capabilities and expertise.

The learning subscription offers flexible, unlimited access to self-paced training, hands-on lab environments, and certification vouchers.

Additionally, it incorporates training analytics, permitting partners to monitor content consumption and measure skill acquisition. This system aims to provide partners full visibility of certifications within their company by practitioner, product, and geographical distribution.

Joel Kremke, Senior Vice President Channel and Alliances at OpenText, explained the significance of supporting partners in delivering quality customer outcomes.

OpenText's new Partner Directory, to be relaunched on its website, will display all certifications held by each partner organization. This tool is intended to help customers identify and choose highly skilled practitioners, allowing partners to differentiate themselves in a competitive market.
