Pax8 unveils new tech initiative to support nonprofits globally
Cloud commerce marketplace Pax8 has unveiled Pax8 Tech for Nonprofit, a new global initiative aimed at assisting nonprofit organisations and the IT service providers that support them. This innovative programme aims to deliver tailored, accessible, and cost-effective solutions integrated by Pax8 partners to enhance the technological capabilities of nonprofit entities worldwide.
The programme builds on the existing collaboration between Pax8 and Microsoft's Tech for Social Impact Programme, expanding its range to include solutions from Microsoft, Dropsuite, MailGuard 365, Ironscales, and BitTitan. Additional vendors will consistently join the lineup, ensuring that nonprofit organisations have access to a comprehensive technology stack essential for modern business operations.
Nikki Meyer, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Alliances at Pax8, expressed excitement about the programme's potential. "We are thrilled to provide deeper support for our partners and the nonprofit organisations they serve. We currently transact with over 12,000 nonprofits through our ecosystem and are dedicated to increasing that number. Through this programme, we will provide world-class SaaS solutions to nonprofits globally, helping to grow their impact," Meyer stated.
The Pax8 Tech for Nonprofit programme also aims to equip Pax8 partners with enablement resources, aiding both those who already serve nonprofit customers and those looking to enter this sector. Nonprofit community groups are forming in regions across North America and EMEA, with plans to expand to APAC shortly. This initiative underscores Pax8's commitment to leveraging its extensive partner network to uplift the operational capacities of nonprofit organisations.
Ian Groves, the managing director of UK-based service provider Start Tech, highlighted the programme's strategic advantages. "Working with Pax8 really enables us to set a standard that we can now take to market and scale. The nonprofit programme enables us to be strategic leaders for the nonprofits we support. It raises the bar across the whole industry to have Pax8 lead the way," Groves explained.
Similarly, Eric Roach, SVP of Sales and Marketing at Dropsuite, emphasised the benefits for managed service providers (MSPs) involved in the programme. "This is really an aggregation point for MSPs committed to supporting their nonprofit customers. Pax8 will provide important training, deal support, and exclusive offers, ensuring MSPs are positioned to provide the same experience they do for their other clients to this important business segment," Roach said.
The initiative is set to transform how nonprofit organisations access and use technology by offering solutions designed specifically for their unique needs. The Pax8 Tech for Nonprofit programme promises a significant boost to nonprofit entities' operational efficiencies and outreach capabilities, ensuring they can continue their critical work with enhanced resources and support.
