Silobreaker launches AI dashboards to boost threat reporting

Wed, 4th Jun 2025

Silobreaker has introduced AI dashboards and alerting features designed to automate the process of intelligence reporting for security and threat analysts.

The new capabilities allow threat intelligence teams to generate summaries tailored to various stakeholders directly from their trusted sources. These summaries can then be automatically distributed as branded newsletter alerts, aiming to streamline and enhance the reporting workflow.

The AI widgets included in this release enable users to define custom instructions, such as highlighting Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), summarising threat trends, or translating technical information into formats suitable for executive audiences. Multiple AI widgets can be implemented on a single dashboard, each configured according to different analytical goals or target audiences.

Each widget is designed to analyse dozens of the most recent and relevant documents, with the aim of maximising the amount of insight provided. The summaries and findings created by these widgets are dynamically updated as new data becomes available and can be disseminated via email alerts.

Kristofer Mansson, Chief Executive Officer of Silobreaker, stated: "Our latest update is designed to help CTI teams bridge the last mile of intelligence production: turning collected data into tailored, actionable insight that stakeholders can trust. By combining automation with analyst control, we're making it easier to scale intelligence reporting without compromising quality."

Silobreaker's AI operates alongside the company's analysis and relevance engine, which utilises the platform's data ecosystem. This integration supports the automatic alignment of AI summaries with an organisation's technology stack, digital assets, and third-party ecosystem, helping ensure that outputs are relevant to mission priorities.

The new release has several core features, including the use of multiple AI widgets per dashboard that can be independently configured, each processing a high volume of documents selected for their recency or relevance. The system also supports multilingual summarisation, enabling the extraction of trends and indicators from both external and internal data sources across different languages.

The platform is compatible with curated collections, allows for analyst commentary, and supports pre-filtered datasets, which adds transparency and context to the AI outputs. The branded email alerting system enables the integration of analytics visualisations, AI-generated summaries, logos, and consistent headings and formatting, converting the dashboards into intelligence newsletters for stakeholder dissemination.

The flexibility of the AI is intended to accommodate a variety of intelligence needs, from producing in-depth analyses of cyber threats to simplifying technical information for executive audiences or summarising geopolitical changes for risk officers. The widgets can be adapted according to the specific reporting requirements of different teams within an organisation.

Silobreaker emphasises that the system is designed to augment, rather than replace, the judgement of human analysts. The outputs produced are traceable and configurable and fit within the existing dashboards, collections, and workflows already used by analysts.

Mansson added: "Analysts are facing mounting pressure to deliver more intelligence to more stakeholders – faster and with fewer resources. This new feature is about making their work go further – helping them deliver high-quality reporting that's aligned, explainable and ready for action."

The company's platform automates the collection, aggregation, and analysis of data from a variety of open and dark web sources. This supports intelligence teams in producing reports that correspond to their priority intelligence requirements and in distributing these to relevant parties when needed.
