Tika users gain free year of digital fitness to boost wellbeing
Tika has entered a partnership with WithU Training to offer a complimentary year-long digital fitness membership to its users. The agreement aims to address workplace wellbeing by making physical and mental fitness tools more accessible for employees.
Wellbeing expansion
The new offer is available to Tika users who upload four documents to the app, after which they receive 12 months of access to WithU Training. The WithU platform hosts over 1,000 guided workouts spanning 20 disciplines, blending physical and mental health resources in one digital environment. The partnership is part of a move to broaden workplace support during the busier winter period, when wellbeing initiatives are viewed as increasingly essential for workforce stability and productivity.
Business-driven tools
Tika has developed its software to operate as a personal assistant. Users can store various documents and life details in a secure digital environment. The platform's workplace version aims to help businesses address the impact of "life admin" on employee stress and productivity. Additional features include collaboration tools such as shared calendars, to-do lists, and document sharing for both individuals and teams.
Businesses adopting Tika benefit from a user management portal. Employers are given access to monthly reports and recommendations based on user activity, which helps them monitor the effectiveness of their wellbeing initiatives within their teams.
Productivity and wellbeing
Sid Sutton, Founder of Tika, said the integration with WithU Training develops the app's core objective of workplace support and productivity.
"Workplace wellbeing continues to evolve far beyond traditional perks or benefits. At Tika, we recognise that supporting employees' mental and physical health is not just the right thing to do, but it also plays a crucial role in productivity and overall engagement. Our collaboration with WithU Training brings practical and accessible tools for teams, enabling both employees and businesses to thrive."
Integrated platform
The Tika platform uses biometrically secure technology for document storage, catering to both individual users and businesses by providing a streamlined solution for managing day-to-day administrative tasks. Users can add contacts as 'Sidetiks' for collaboration on calendars, lists, reminders, and document sharing.
The company developed its business offering in response to employers seeking ways to help staff manage the burden of administrative chores, with the intention of shielding employees from the impact of personal life administration on work performance.
