Vertiv partners with Collaborate IT for UK & Ireland

Vertiv has entered an Authorised Service Partner Program Agreement with Collaborate IT for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Vertiv, a company known for providing digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has partnered with Collaborate IT, a data centre and server room technology service specialist. This collaboration leverages Collaborate IT's 20 years of industry experience alongside Vertiv's Avocent suite of IT management tools, which include software, KVM switches, and serial consoles.

The partnership addresses challenges related to edge computing, digitalisation, and changing customer demands. The Vertiv Service Partner Program is designed to enable partners like Collaborate IT to offer enhanced solutions and expert guidance. This collaboration aims to provide tailored services and reliable support that enhance digital transformation and operational excellence for clients, particularly in IT monitoring and management.

Through this agreement, Vertiv aims to broaden its service capabilities, providing support throughout the lifecycle of critical equipment. Collaborate IT will deliver reliable services that ensure business continuity, handling tasks from pre-configuration and on-site setup to rack mounting and system integration. Engineers from Collaborate IT are trained and certified at the Vertiv Academy, acquiring skills to manage IT monitoring and management equipment competently.
