
Vertiv to showcase AI solutions at Datacloud Global Congress 2025
Vertiv will present new solutions and expert insights into artificial intelligence-driven digital infrastructure at Datacloud Global Congress 2025 in Cannes.
The company plans to unveil its latest innovations at stand 94, offering visitors direct access to next-generation digital critical infrastructure alongside expertise from key staff addressing AI-ready solutions and services. The event is expected to see participation from industry stakeholders, focusing on the infrastructure demands linked to AI and high-performance computing (HPC), the acceleration of emerging markets, and the evolving needs of the talent market within the sector.
Vertiv's Chief Executive Officer, Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi, will contribute his views in the keynote panel session, analysing how artificial intelligence is affecting data centre business models, scalability challenges, and the increasing call for flexible deployment options. According to the company, Albertazzi will also discuss the ramifications of rising AI and HPC demands for the future of data centre operations.
Company experts will be available at the event to explain Vertiv's approach to addressing the computational demands of AI. Karsten Winther, President of Vertiv EMEA, stated: "It's essential for the data centre industry to innovate and adapt with the fast-paced advancements in AI. By adopting modular designs, cutting-edge cooling solutions, and flexible power management, data centres can meet AI's computational needs and promote reliable growth in the digital era."
Visitors to the Vertiv stand may engage with several technology experiences, including the Vertiv XR app, a Virtual Showroom, and VR Guided Tours. These interactive options aim to demonstrate the performance of the latest power and thermal management solutions designed specifically for AI applications, utilising both virtual and augmented reality to showcase the systems that support demanding AI workloads.
Vertiv's involvement at the congress will include several sessions. On 3 June, Stefano Mozzato, Vice President, Marketing EMEA, will present in the "Talent in Tech: The Incredible Journey of Innovation and Talent" session, providing insights into talent development within the digital infrastructure industry. Vertiv is a sponsor of the Talent in Tech initiative and will participate in associated workshops discussing workforce development on 4 and 5 June.
On 4 June, Chief Executive Officer Gio Albertazzi will join a keynote panel titled "The Future of Data Centres: How are we keeping up with AI and HPC demands?" together with representatives from CBRE, NTT Global, VIRTUS Data Centres, Digital Realty, and Oracle. This session will debate the effects of artificial intelligence on the business models shaping the data centre landscape.
Later that day, Vedran Brzić, Vice President, Infrastructure Solutions, Vertiv EMEA, will participate in a panel discussion, "Data centre design: Flexibility, scalability, and reliability," which will examine technological advancements driving the need for more adaptable and scalable data centre frameworks.
On 5 June, Andy Hayes, CEO at Polar DC, will be joined by Andrew Mitchell, Senior Director Sales Strategic Accounts EMEA at Vertiv, and Kresimir Krpan, Senior Director of Solution Architecture and Business Development at Vertiv, to discuss how Polar DC is using Vertiv's modular prefabricated solution to deploy 12 MW of AI-ready capacity, with plans for scalability up to 50 MW. This facility is powered entirely by hydro energy and utilises Vertiv's integrated power and cooling technologies to support efficiency in AI and HPC workloads.
Vertiv has been recognised as a finalist in five categories for the 2025 Datacloud Global Awards, which include Commitment to Diversity and Talent Development, two nominations for Best AI Innovation (one in partnership with Compass Datacenters), and two for Young Talent of the Year.
