Westcon-Comstor partners with Juniper to expand AWS sales

Westcon-Comstor has entered into an agreement with Juniper Networks to facilitate new growth opportunities for channel partners on AWS Marketplace.

Through this collaboration, partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions can access Juniper's AI-Native Networking products and solutions, such as Juniper Mist Cloud Services and Juniper Security Director Cloud, via Westcon-Comstor's private AWS Marketplace listings for direct sales to customers.

This process is conducted entirely within AWS Marketplace, streamlining the sales process for both partners and customers. AWS Marketplace, a digital catalogue with numerous listings, allows end-users—from large enterprises to small and medium-sized businesses—to find, test, buy, and deploy software with ease.

According to a report by Forrester, partners engaging in sales through AWS Marketplace can close deals up to 50% faster than traditional channels and achieve an average 234% return on investment. The partnership between Juniper and Westcon-Comstor aims to boost sales efficiency and profitability for partners.

This agreement follows Westcon's recognition as Juniper's EMEA Distributor Partner of the Year, and the collaboration will extend their partnership further into the UK, Ireland, and France.

Juniper becomes the latest vendor to join Westcon-Comstor's AWS Marketplace programme, which was launched earlier this year. This programme offers partners a streamlined way to transact on AWS Marketplace, supporting the role of the channel in the cloud marketplace economy.
