Workhuman bolsters leadership team amid global expansion plans
Workhuman, a leading specialist in employee recognition, is setting its sights on future growth, appointing several key figures to its leadership team. Richard Maclachlan's rise within Workhuman has seen him appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer. Having joined the company in 2021, he quickly progressed from VP of Integrated Strategy to SVP, Global Head of Marketing. In this role, Maclachlan will helm the Global Marketing team, overseeing operations, streamlining growth strategies, and consolidating customer trust. Kevin Heinzelman, who joined Workhuman in 2019, has been now been promoted to Senior Vice President, Product Management. Anchored at Workhuman's Dublin headquarters, Shmulik Barel takes on the role of Vice President of Product Engineering. He will lead the development of hybrid intelligence systems which blend human and AI capabilities. Barel intends to bolster Workhuman's core product suite by introducing innovative, AI-driven tools. His objective is to facilitate dynamic workforce engagement amidst an evolving business environment. Jose Malpartida is set to serve as the Vice President, Product Management, Recognition Solutions after gaining a wealth of experience at companies including Amazon, Wayfair, and cybersecurity startups, Aura, and Bond. In his new role, Malpartida will use his passion for innovation and customer experiences to develop and deliver enhanced social recognition solutions. He emphasised his belief in AI as instrumental for Workhuman's mission to cultivate compassionate workplaces.
