Richard Maclachlan's rise within Workhuman has seen him appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer. Having joined the company in 2021, he quickly progressed from VP of Integrated Strategy to SVP, Global Head of Marketing. In this role, Maclachlan will helm the Global Marketing team, overseeing operations, streamlining growth strategies, and consolidating customer trust. He commented: "We're on a mission to make work more human for every company on the planet, and I feel deeply responsible for bringing that vision to life through a cohesive and AI-driven strategy."

Kevin Heinzelman, who joined Workhuman in 2019, has been now been promoted to Senior Vice President, Product Management. Heinzelman stated, "By capitalising on the unique strengths of each department and aligning our efforts into a unified strategy, we're not just refining our product roadmap; we're shaping the future of employee recognition and setting new benchmarks for innovation and technological excellence."

Anchored at Workhuman's Dublin headquarters, Shmulik Barel takes on the role of Vice President of Product Engineering. He will lead the development of hybrid intelligence systems which blend human and AI capabilities. Barel intends to bolster Workhuman's core product suite by introducing innovative, AI-driven tools. His objective is to facilitate dynamic workforce engagement amidst an evolving business environment. He comments, "Recognising the evolving challenges in workforce management, my goal in joining Workhuman is to drive meaningful change through innovation powered by the synergy of human and artificial intelligence."

Jose Malpartida is set to serve as the Vice President, Product Management, Recognition Solutions after gaining a wealth of experience at companies including Amazon, Wayfair, and cybersecurity startups, Aura, and Bond. In his new role, Malpartida will use his passion for innovation and customer experiences to develop and deliver enhanced social recognition solutions. He emphasised his belief in AI as instrumental for Workhuman's mission to cultivate compassionate workplaces.

Workhuman's harnessing of cutting-edge technologies to foster innovation is inherent to its ethos and DNA. Eric Mosley, Workhuman co-founder and CEO, acknowledged the new appointees, stating, "Each of these distinguished leaders brings a wealth of experience in using AI and other emerging technologies to inspire their teams to embrace new ways of working and drive meaningful business outcomes.
