Your.Cloud acquires HDUK to expand UK market presence

Your.Cloud has announced its acquisition of HDUK, a managed service provider (MSP) specialising in the accountancy sector in the United Kingdom.

HDUK, with a customer base exceeding 7,500 users, provides hosted desktop solutions for the accountancy sector in the UK. This acquisition marks Your.Cloud's first venture into the UK market and represents a significant step towards its goal of becoming the leading MSP in Europe. Your.Cloud aims to utilise HDUK's expertise to strengthen its presence in the UK through further expansion and acquisitions.

HDUK will continue to operate independently while benefiting from the support of Your.Cloud. The company, established in 2010, will maintain its high service standards from its offices in Exeter and Manchester, with the current management and leadership team remaining in place.
