Zotefoams launches global partner network to boost growth

Thu, 12th Mar 2026

Zotefoams has launched a Global Partner Programme, creating a formal framework for how the foam manufacturer works with fabricators and distributors in key regions.

The programme covers Europe, North America and Asia. It centres on a vetted partner network, with clear selection criteria at the core.

Zotefoams produces technical foam materials used in packaging, medical, automotive, aerospace and construction. Headquartered in the UK, the business has more than 100 years of experience in specialist foam design and production. Its materials are used by brands including Boeing, Airbus and Nike.

Partner network

The Global Partner Programme includes approved distributors and approved fabricators. Distributors provide market access in defined territories, stockholding for local customers, customer service and aftersales support. Fabricators integrate Zotefoams materials into end-use products, focusing on application-specific or industry-specific requirements.

Partners must meet predefined criteria, including alignment with established standards, proven logistics infrastructure, robust quality systems and transparent opportunity sharing.

The programme also sets expectations for technical competence and market knowledge. Participants are expected to match Zotefoams' quality standards and positioning in higher-value segments.

Quality focus

Zotefoams said the programme is designed to strengthen service and consistency across markets by linking partner approval to requirements for logistics, quality and customer support.

For customers, it signals a more structured route to market in territories where distributors and local fabricators play a central role. For partners, it offers a defined framework and closer commercial engagement with the manufacturer.

Oliver Ridd, Group Commercial Director at Zotefoams, said the company wanted a clearer approach to working with third parties in its supply chain.

"Zotefoams has long been recognised as an industry leader when it comes to innovation, material performance and product quality. Our Global Partner Programme provides a clear framework for how we work with fabricators and distributors globally to strengthen this further," said Oliver Ridd, Group Commercial Director, Zotefoams.

Ridd said the programme is intended to support growth and improve service quality by working closely with organisations with the right technical expertise and market focus.

Recent deal

The partner programme follows Zotefoams' recent acquisition of Overseas Konstellation Company, a technical foam producer based in Anglesola, Spain. Zotefoams described OKC as a producer of high-quality technical foams.

The launch of a structured partner model soon after the deal suggests a push for greater consistency as the business expands its footprint and product range. Zotefoams has positioned the partner network as a way to keep standards and service levels aligned across geographies and industries.

Zotefoams said the programme will be rolled out across the three regions, with a network of fabricators, distributors and other industry participants. Ridd said the framework will be used for partner relationships globally.
