11:11 Systems names winners of 2025 UK, Europe awards
11:11 Systems has named Softcat, Colo insight, Creative ITC and Interstellar among the winners of its 2025 Partner Awards for the UK and Europe.
The company has created the awards as a regional partner recognition programme. It said the scheme highlights partners involved in cloud, security and digital transformation work with customers across the region.
Partners took awards across four categories. These were Partner of the Year, Innovator of the Year, Accelerator of the Year and Rising Star of the Year.
UK winners
In the UK Partner of the Year category, 11:11 Systems recognised Softcat as Value-added Reseller, Colo insight as Agent, and Creative ITC as Managed Service Provider.
For Innovator of the Year UK, NGIT won in the Value-added Reseller category. Focus Group took the Managed Service Provider award.
Bytes won Accelerator of the Year UK for Value-added Reseller. Opus received the Managed Service Provider award in the same category.
Europe winners
Interstellar won Partner of the Year Europe.
BlueBridge received Accelerator of the Year Europe. uCloud was named Rising Star of the Year Europe.
The awards sit within 11:11 Systems' wider partner ecosystem across infrastructure and security services. The company operates as a managed infrastructure solutions provider. It positions its services around cloud, networking, backup, cyber and disaster recovery, and security offerings.
11:11 Systems said award recipients were chosen based on their deployment work with the company's resilient cloud platform. It also cited financial performance and the delivery of business outcomes for joint customers. The company linked the selection criteria to a security environment shaped by cyber threats.
Partner programmes have become a standard route to market for many infrastructure and security suppliers. Vendors use them to package technical validation, sales incentives and marketing support around a network of resellers, agents and managed service providers. For channel partners, formal recognition can strengthen positioning with customers and improve access to vendor resources.
The UK list reflects a mix of large-scale resellers and service providers. Softcat is a long-established UK IT infrastructure and services supplier. Focus Group and Creative ITC operate in managed services, while Bytes is another established reseller in the UK market. The inclusion of an "Agent" category also points to a sales model that relies on partners that bring customer opportunities rather than delivering services directly.
Across Europe, the winners include Interstellar, BlueBridge and uCloud. The company did not provide details on the customer accounts or projects associated with each award. It framed the programme as a way of recognising partner work around resilience and transformation activities.
Johnny Carpenter, Vice President Channels and Alliances EMEA at 11:11 Systems, said the company sees partners as central to its regional approach.
"Our partners are an extension of our team and play a critical role in strengthening resilience across the region. They bring the expertise, innovation and strategic guidance organisations rely on as they navigate increasingly complex digital and cyber-resilience challenges," said Johnny Carpenter, Vice President Channels and Alliances EMEA, 11:11 Systems.
Carpenter also linked the programme to demand for security and resilience as organisations move workloads and data across cloud and network environments.
"With rising cyber threats and a growing need for secure, scalable cloud and network resilience, our partners support customers by protecting critical data, strengthening operations, and enabling confident progress," said Carpenter.
11:11 Systems said it plans to continue the awards programme as part of its partner strategy in the UK and Europe.
