11:11 Systems has won the Telarus Best Engineering Team award, recognising its work with the Telarus channel in 2025.

Telarus presented the award at its Partner Summit in Dallas, citing 11:11 Systems for engineering support, collaboration with advisors and product delivery across the distributor's platform.

The recognition focuses on the company's provision of secure cloud services, cyber resilience offerings and network as a service products to technology advisors working through Telarus. The companies said the relationship helped advisors match technology services to customer requirements across infrastructure, connectivity and data protection.

11:11 Systems sells managed infrastructure services, including multi-cloud support, cloud object storage, software-defined networking and managed connectivity. It also offers fully managed, self-service, hybrid and consumption-based delivery models, alongside infrastructure as a service and disaster recovery as a service.

For channel partners, engineering awards can carry weight because they reflect not only product breadth but also the support vendors provide before and after a sale. In the technology distribution market, advisors often rely on supplier engineering teams to design, scope and implement services for customers with complex estates.

Channel focus

According to 11:11 Systems, the award reflects its work across the Telarus advisor community during 2025. Telarus, a global technology services distributor, works with technology advisors that source communications, cloud, security and infrastructure services from a range of suppliers.

The channel model has become increasingly important as customers buy more technology as a service and seek outside guidance on supplier selection, cost control and integration. Vendors that provide sales engineering, technical guidance and ongoing support often gain a stronger position with distributors and advisory partners.

Moosa Matariyeh, Vice President, Global Channels, 11:11 Systems, said the company viewed its relationship with Telarus as a way to support advisors navigating a crowded and complex market.

"Businesses today are navigating an increasingly complex technology landscape," said Moosa Matariyeh, Vice President, Global Channels, 11:11 Systems.

"Our collaboration with Telarus gives technology advisors the tools to help customers invest their time, talent and budgets where they can drive the most business impact. Together, we go beyond simply delivering technology; we align the right solutions to each organisation's priorities to reduce complexity, strengthen performance and create a more resilient foundation for growth."

Advisor support

Telarus said the award reflects how 11:11 Systems supported its advisor base through technical collaboration, education and product delivery. The distributor also linked the company's work to business won by advisors serving end customers.

Richard Murray, Chief Commercial Officer, Telarus, described the award as recognition of the supplier's role across the channel.

"Telarus is proud to honour 11:11 Systems as the recipient of the Telarus Best Engineering Team award, recognising their leadership in innovation, education and collaborative support across the channel," said Richard Murray, Chief Commercial Officer, Telarus.

"Their work in 2025 empowered our technology advisors to win more business and deliver greater value to customers. We congratulate 11:11 and all the award winners for their outstanding impact."

The award offers a glimpse into the criteria distributors use to assess suppliers in an increasingly service-led market. Beyond product features, distributors and advisors are placing greater emphasis on responsiveness, technical expertise and the ability to support customers across hybrid and cloud-based environments.

That shift has helped elevate engineering teams inside supplier organisations, particularly where products span several categories, such as networking, cloud storage, recovery and managed connectivity. For advisors, a vendor's engineering bench can be a deciding factor when recommending one supplier over another for projects that require design input and ongoing operational support.

11:11 Systems said its portfolio is intended to help organisations manage and modernise infrastructure with centralised visibility and adaptable connectivity.
