Algorithms Software UK to offer integrated ERP & CRM tools
Algorithms Software UK has been appointed as an authorised reseller of Unanet CRM in the United Kingdom, linking its Xpedeon ERP solution with an established customer relationship management platform. The move comes as construction technology providers seek to offer firms a more integrated approach to managing their business from project inception through delivery.
Integrated solutions
The combination will enable architecture, engineering, and construction firms to connect opportunity management and business development tools with finance and project delivery workflows. Xpedeon is used by contractors to manage finance, operations and supply chain, while Unanet CRM provides enterprise-grade opportunity and pipeline management, which will now be available as an integrated solution.
Firms will have the capability to manage opportunities, proposals, and relationships through tools tailored to their sector, aiming to reduce silos between business development, finance, and project teams. The integration is designed to support a connected workflow delivering data across every stage of a project lifecycle.
Market view
"Expanding our offering with Unanet CRM aligns with our vision for a connected construction ecosystem. By bringing together the strengths of Xpedeon ERP and Unanet's CRM, we can offer the market a single, connected experience from opportunity through to delivery - empowering smarter decision-making, more predictable growth and better performance at scale," said Janak Vakharia, Group CEO, Algorithms Software.
Real-time pipeline and project performance visibility is a priority for firms seeking to accelerate growth through digital transformation. By providing combined dashboards and reporting, the companies intend to help users act quickly on business insights and performance data.
Workflow benefits
The new offer promises to give AEC organisations in the UK unified visibility from the first client interaction through to project handover. According to both companies, they see this as a way for contractors and consultants to better manage risks and adapt to client requirements amidst changing economic conditions.
"This integration gives construction firms a smarter, more efficient workflow that directly supports growth and strengthens project delivery. With AI-enabled business development and seamless connectivity into Xpedeon, UK organisations now have unified tools that help them operate with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence," said Akshay Mahajan, Executive Vice President, AEC at Unanet.
The CRM and ERP integration highlights continued investment in digitisation for the UK's construction sector, as companies look for new ways to gain competitive advantage with data and process automation.
