In a strategic move marking its entry into the European market, Canadian IT solution provider Auvik is teaming up with Infinigate, the cybersecurity firm from the UK. This partnership will see Infinigate become the first to distribute Auvik’s automated network monitoring and management services within the UK and Ireland.

Auvik's solution will aid IT professionals in swiftly identifying and resolving network issues, resulting in enhanced productivity. As per the new agreement between the two companies, Infinigate will assist in fulfilling rising customer demands for maximising network efficiency and uptime in the UK through Auvik's solutions.

The Managing Director of Infinigate UK & Ireland, Justin Griffiths, elucidated the topic. He said, “Auvik is an important addition to our portfolio in the UK, where our partners see rising customer demand for maximising network efficiency and uptime, to make the most of their existing IT investment.” He continued, "Through the Auvik solution we offer our partners the opportunity to deliver network monitoring services through the increasingly popular SaaS model, delivering flexible IT consumption."

Auvik’s solution provides multi-tenancy network monitoring, allowing multiple customer environments to be managed from a single console. This not only leads to cost-efficient network monitoring but also reduces the cost associated with site visits for resolving local network issues. The company also offers a reseller programme that enables partners to conduct network audits. This is seen as a valuable model, especially at a time when effectively managing growing networks is critically important for improved uptime and productivity.
