Civo unveils AI assistant relaxAI, focusing on data privacy

Civo has launched a new AI assistant, relaxAI, that prioritises data privacy and is powered entirely by renewable energy.

RelaxAI addresses businesses' significant data security and governance concerns in cloud environments. Unlike AI services offered by US providers subject to the US CLOUD Act, RelaxAI ensures that data from UK businesses stays within UK jurisdictions. This attribute is particularly beneficial for healthcare, finance, and government sectors, where data privacy and control are critical.

Providing transparency, relaxAI assures users full control over their data. The AI model strictly refrains from training on customer data without explicit consent, safeguarding sensitive information from being unintentionally repurposed in future interactions. This provision allows businesses to protect campaign strategies, business ideas, and private data from competitors.

The newest version of Meta's Llama model forms the foundation of relaxAI. It permits businesses to operate configurations securely in dedicated environments and has been enhanced with relaxAI's proprietary fine-tuning to achieve high standards in accuracy and natural language understanding. Its range of capabilities includes conversational dialogue, advanced reasoning, sentiment analysis, and code generation, making it a competitive alternative to other AI assistants.
