Codatech appoints new senior members for growth strategy

Yesterday

Codatech has announced the appointment of two new senior team members as the company prepares for growth in the coming year.

Sam Radion has joined Codatech as Head of Sales. Bringing over two decades of experience in the recruitment technology sector, including 16 years at Merit Software, Sam is tasked with developing a sales strategy to expand the company's reach. Based in Tenby, he will focus on enhancing Codatech's presence and ensuring it achieves its growth objectives.

Sam Radion commented, "Joining a forward-thinking company that's all about solving customer challenges with cutting-edge tech felt like the natural next step for me. Paying temporary workers on time is vital, however, agencies often face complex and inefficient back-office processes that can slow this right down. Which is why I'm so excited to be joining Codatech as it aims to bring a new level of efficiency and simplicity to recruitment businesses, that will help ensure the UK's temporary workforce is paid on time, and with ease."

Along with Sam, George Bendle has been appointed as Product Lead. George, based in Hampshire, has experience from his time at EdenGroup (now WorkWell) and Omnia Outsourcing. His role will include executing the product strategy to deliver innovation and excellence for Codatech's clients.

George Bendle expressed his enthusiasm, saying, "I'm thrilled to be joining Codatech at such an exciting time. The company's commitment to innovation in the recruitment sector aligns perfectly with my own passion for developing solutions that enhance efficiency and simplify complex processes for our clients." He further added, "My first-hand experience with back-office systems has given me a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face, and I'm excited to apply that insight at Codatech to drive forward game-changing solutions."

Founded in Manchester in 2016, Codatech specialises in recruitment payroll and timesheet software solutions. The firm claims that its technology is used to facilitate the payment of over 80,000 temporary workers in the UK every month.

Varun Monteiro, Managing Director at Codatech, remarked on the appointments stating, "As a business already well established in the recruitment sector, the appointment of Sam and George marks an important milestone for us, as we embark on a steep and exciting upward growth trajectory."

Monteiro underscored the company's commitment to helping recruitment companies streamline their processes and improve payment consistency. "We're committed to empowering our customers through innovative technical solutions, and bolstering our senior team will help ensure more recruitment companies can benefit from streamlined processes, and in turn, ensure more of the UK's temporary workforce is paid on time, and with ease," he said.
