Elemis partners with Impact Commerce for global omnichannel growth

Mon, 25th Aug 2025

ELEMIS has formed a strategic partnership with IMPACT Commerce to deliver a global premium omnichannel experience for its customers.

The collaboration will see IMPACT Commerce work closely with ELEMIS to enhance customer experiences across all global channels, integrating retail partners, department stores and the development of a client community. This is intended to support ELEMIS's digital business while also incentivising customers to visit stores and spas.

According to ELEMIS, the partnership with IMPACT Commerce is intended to form a foundation for both companies' ambitions of providing improved customer experience and driving business innovation.

"A partnership with IMPACT is a strong foundation for our visions. We want to be innovative together and my ambitions go beyond delivering customer experience," says Cedric Robert, CIO at ELEMIS.

ELEMIS selected IMPACT Commerce following a process that considered six potential international partners. The decision was based on IMPACT Commerce's ability to provide a vision that aligned with ELEMIS's growth objectives.

Cedric Robert further explained how IMPACT Commerce differentiated itself during the selection process:

"IMPACT managed to translate the project into a commerce vision. We asked six consultancies for scope A to B, but IMPACT was the only one going above and beyond showing the way for our business."

Both companies describe themselves as sharing an entrepreneurial mindset, and the partnership is structured to provide flexibility and support for digital business transformation.

Omnichannel focus

IMPACT Commerce will be responsible for designing end-to-end architecture and implementing new technologies for ELEMIS. By activating customer data, IMPACT Commerce aims to provide a personalised experience for ELEMIS customers, whether they shop in stores, visit spas or interact online. The project includes the integration of commerce functions with retail partners and department stores, alongside efforts to create and engage a community of ELEMIS clients.

Kasper Holst, CEO of IMPACT Commerce, said the partnership represents a strong alignment of skills and objectives:

"The strategic partnership with ELEMIS encapsules our skills and visions where we work together as a team with clear goals. With our expertise, true 'one team' setup and focus on first-class omnichannel experience, our collaboration will deliver growth across global channels."

Technology collaboration

The digital transformation programme will involve several technology partners. These include Commercetools, Sanity, Constructor, Boomi, Microsoft D365, Bloomreach and Akeneo. Each partner will contribute to the overall technological architecture and customer experience strategy.
