Endava & Goji partner to transform private fund onboarding

Today

Endava and Goji have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at streamlining the integration of private fund platforms and enhancing the client onboarding process for private fund servicing and distribution.

The partnership combines Endava's expertise in technology delivery and API-led architecture with Goji's digital solutions for private markets, targeting the evolving needs of institutional investors and asset managers. A central feature of the collaboration is the newly developed Accelerated Integration Gateway Framework, designed to provide reusable components and templates for client onboarding.

This framework is intended to address common pain points in private fund onboarding by reducing the time and effort required for integration. Endava's use of agile delivery methods, alongside its experience in banking and capital markets, forms the technical backbone of the offering. The solution draws on Endava's AI capabilities and industry experience, with pre-built templates and training materials included to help standardise implementation and improve consistency across Goji's clients.

The collaboration enables Goji to scale its digital solutions and meet increasing demand within the private funds sector. The objective is to help Goji's clients, including asset managers and fund administrators, integrate and manage private fund operations more efficiently.

David Genn, Chief Executive Officer of Goji, said:

"Goji required an integration partner capable of delivering scalable, efficient and user-friendly solutions that align with our rapid expansion and our vision for a fully digitised private funds ecosystem. Endava's tailored approach, built on proven frameworks and reusable tools, enables us to maintain our engineering focus on core platform innovation while ensuring seamless delivery for our clients."

Goji believes that the collaboration with Endava will help the company reduce integration overheads and offer faster onboarding for its institutional clients. The approach is intended to enhance operational efficiency and digital connectivity, with a structured implementation process that seeks to provide a measurable return on investment for fund platforms.

Wynn Davies, Global Client Director for Banking and Capital Markets at Endava, said:

"We are excited that Goji will leverage our out-of-the-box integration toolkit designed to accelerate client onboarding and improve connectivity across the capital markets ecosystem. This scalable and adaptable solution is a strategic enabler, not only for Goji but for other institutions facing similar integration challenges."

The Accelerated Integration Gateway Framework has been developed with a particular focus on compliance and security. Endava and Goji have stated that their solution incorporates high standards for data protection and reliability, aiming to ensure a secure environment for all parties using the integration toolkit.

Goji's platform currently serves over 30,000 investors across more than 86 jurisdictions, while Endava provides next-generation technology services to clients in sectors ranging from finance and payments to healthcare and telecommunications. Through the partnership, both companies are seeking to address evolving digital requirements in the private funds sector and to improve the overall investor and client experience.
