Freshworks has announced a new global partnership with Unisys to offer Freshworks' IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to a broader market.
Unisys, a global technology solutions provider, will act as a large-scale Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Freshworks' ecosystem. This collaboration will enable Unisys to resell Freshworks' solutions, such as Freshservice and Device42, with the aim of enhancing service provision for mid-market and small enterprise clients.

Unisys has already demonstrated the potential of this partnership by securing a deal with a U.S. midsized industrial company, which transitioned to Freshservice from a competing ITSM provider. The changeover was completed in under 12 weeks, showcasing the efficiency and user-friendliness of Freshworks' software.
