One Nexus Group has announced the appointment of Grant O'Hara as its new Head of Commercial Development. O'Hara, a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with nearly 40 years of experience, will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and enhancing the company's profile within the automotive sector.
The company has segmented its operations into four core areas: Mobility, Aftermarket/Aftersales, Fleet, and Innovations. These pillars aim to provide both current and potential clients with extensive access to One Nexus' diverse range of technological solutions and professional services. O'Hara’s role will focus on supporting Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) by integrating One Nexus Group's products into their operations through a consultative approach.
O'Hara's extensive career has seen him occupy a variety of roles within the automotive industry, including stints as a technician, sales executive, service manager, and sales manager. His significant experience includes 18 years at Audi UK and the Volkswagen Group, starting in Training and Development, where he co-presented a programme on the Audi channel on Sky TV called "Your Audi". He later transitioned into roles in product marketing, customer experience, and aftersales and parts. Additionally, he has worked with global brands such as Toyota and Mercedes-Benz. Before joining One Nexus, O'Hara was with Vehicle Vision, part of the CitNOW Group, focusing on the digitalisation of the customer journey within sales and aftersales.
