Hexnode has announced the appointment of Blake Neate as the new Vice President of Sales for the United Kingdom. The move signals an effort by the company to expand its presence in the UK market.
With more than 16 years of experience in sales and management, Blake is expected to play a pivotal role in Hexnode's UK operations. His previous tenure at Bytes Software Services and Bytes Security Partnerships equipped him with robust consultative sales and management skills. During his time at Bytes, Neate specialised as a solutions sales expert and cyber security specialist, roles that Hexnode believes make him well-suited for his new responsibilities.
Rachana Vijayan, Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Sales and Partnerships at Hexnode, expressed her enthusiasm for Blake's appointment. "We are pleased to welcome Blake to the Hexnode family! His extensive experience and proven track record give us confidence that his leadership will significantly expand our business in the UK, achieving remarkable milestones," Vijayan said.
Blake himself is also optimistic about his new role. "I'm beyond excited to have joined Hexnode to spearhead the next phase of its growth in the UK. It's an incredible opportunity to be part of the business at such a pivotal stage, building a team to complement the outstanding operation already in place and thriving. I'm looking forward to my role in further improving our customers' experience, strengthening our partners' ability to help deliver value to their customers, and ultimately driving the undeniable growth we can all see on the horizon," Neate commented.
In addition to leading the sales team, Blake will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies and expanding Hexnode's customer base in the UK. His tasks will also include broadening the business by establishing long-term relationships with existing customers and forming strategic partnerships with new accounts. Additionally, Blake will assist the team in creating region-specific marketing materials and offering skills-based training to ensure the sales team's success.

The company offers mobility management solutions that enable businesses to manage various endpoints such as Android, Windows, iOS, macOS, Fire OS, and Apple TV from a single, centralised console. This comprehensive approach is aimed at addressing the evolving needs of modern enterprises.
Blake's appointment comes as Hexnode is looking to enhance its services to meet these evolving needs. His extensive knowledge in security solutions, cloud computing, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology is seen as a crucial asset to the company's growth strategy. Through his experience in building enduring commercial partnerships and his focus on client-driven solutions, Hexnode aims to bolster its market position in the UK.
The appointment aligns with Hexnode's broader strategy of strengthening its presence in key markets and ensuring that its solutions are tailored to meet regional demands. Blake's focus on cybersecurity, coupled with his sales acumen, is expected to support Hexnode's aims of delivering robust and secure endpoint management solutions to a variety of businesses.
With Blake at the helm of its UK sales efforts, Hexnode hopes to achieve significant milestones and drive revenue growth, further cementing its position in the rapidly evolving UEM market.
