HiBob appoints Michal Lewy Harush as new Chief Information Officer

HiBob has announced the appointment of Michal Lewy Harush as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO). Lewy Harush will join the executive leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT and data infrastructure. Her role aims to ensure these elements align seamlessly with HiBob's business objectives and future growth plans.

In her new position, Lewy Harush will oversee Management Information Systems, Data Infrastructure, Procurement, and IT. Reporting directly to HiBob CEO Ronni Zehavi, she is expected to support digital transformation initiatives across departments such as Research & Development, Product, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Finance, and Human Resources. Additionally, she will manage the scalability of HiBob's IT infrastructure to keep pace with the company's rapid expansion and global user base.

"I am thrilled to join HiBob during this period of rapid growth in our team, customer base, and product development. My key focus will be on data management and security, establishing robust data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance with regulations. I also bring a fresh perspective to our cybersecurity practices, safeguarding sensitive information from potential threats," said Lewy Harush.

As part of her role, Lewy Harush will be developing an infrastructure to support AI initiatives. This includes the evaluation and selection of AI tools and platforms that align with HiBob's needs, as well as implementing data governance policies to ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Her responsibilities will also extend to overseeing the integration of various cross-functional systems and managing IT budgets to ensure technology investments are cost-effective.

Leadership development within the IT and data teams will be another priority. Lewy Harush aims to build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, which will be important for attracting, retaining, and developing top technology talent to meet HiBob’s strategic goals.
