Huntress adds four distributors to broaden channel reach
Mon, 11th May 2026 (Today)
Huntress has added four distribution partners to expand its channel network, extending the cybersecurity company's reach into the mid-market, public sector and EMEA.
The new partners are Ingram Micro, Vertosoft, Liquid PC and QBS Software. The additions are intended to place Huntress products into reseller, VAR and MSP channels that already serve schools, local authorities, medical practices and mid-sized organisations.
The move broadens Huntress's distribution model as cyber attacks increasingly target smaller organisations and public bodies, which often buy security products through intermediaries rather than direct sales teams.
Tuan Nguyen, vice president of channels and alliances at Huntress, said the agreements will increase coverage across several buyer groups and regions.
"For over a decade, we have enabled our partners to defend against cybercriminals. These four new distribution agreements will help us expand faster and protect more customers with the Huntress Agentic Security Platform and 24/7 AI-Centric SOC. Together with Ingram Micro, VertoSoft, Liquid PC, and QBS, we are building a distribution infrastructure to ensure every business is protected," Nguyen said.
Channel reach
Ingram Micro gives Huntress access to one of the largest technology distribution networks, including a substantial base of Microsoft-focused partners. That relationship places its products inside an existing sales ecosystem used by many solution providers, VARs and MSPs.
"We are thrilled to be working with Huntress to further secure our customers' Microsoft environments with a trusted security partner. Together, we are enabling our mutual channel partners to expand their cybersecurity practices and protect their customers against emerging and AI-enabled threats," said Eric Kohl, VP Global Security & Networking, Ingram Micro.
Vertosoft brings a different focus, centred on US public sector buyers. Huntress pointed to rising ransomware incidents affecting local government, school districts and state agencies, arguing that these organisations have often been underserved by security products designed and priced for larger private sector customers.
"Public sector organisations operate the digital backbone of our communities-from education systems to municipal services. Unfortunately, they've also become prime targets for cybercriminals. We are excited that we can now offer the powerful combination of the Huntress Agentic Security Platform and 24/7 AI-powered SOC to more state, local, and education organisations that urgently need modern, always-on protection," said Jay Colavita, president of Vertosoft.
Reseller focus
Liquid PC will distribute Huntress through its reseller and MSP base. The company describes itself as a women-owned global distributor and said it has recorded annual growth of more than 20% since 2012.
For Huntress, the agreement adds another route into smaller channel partners seeking managed security products without building internal security operations around them. Liquid PC's reseller relationships should help it reach customers looking to protect endpoints, identities and staff.
"Huntress represents exactly the kind of innovation we look to bring to our reseller ecosystem, powerful security capabilities that are accessible, scalable, and easy to deliver," said Taylor Albertini, vice president and majority owner of Liquid PC.
"Our partners are constantly looking for ways to better protect their customers without increasing operational burden. By adding Huntress to our portfolio, we're giving them access to an enterprise-grade security platform backed by a team that truly understands the needs of today's channel," Albertini said.
UK expansion
QBS Software will distribute Huntress in the United Kingdom and across parts of Europe, where the cybersecurity vendor is seeking broader mid-market adoption. QBS's established relationships in cybersecurity and enterprise software should help it reach organisations often overlooked by larger vendors.
"Huntress has built a strong reputation for protecting the businesses that power our daily lives and are systemic to our economic stability. Partnering with such a company of consequence to stop threats before they impact these businesses across EMEA is extremely rewarding. Through this partnership, we will equip our channel with an Agentic Security Platform and 24/7 AI-centric SOC that is both highly effective and accessible to the mid-market," said Tom Corrigan, chief revenue officer of QBS.
Huntress said it now protects more than 250,000 organisations, 5 million endpoints and 10 million identities worldwide, although a separate company description cited more than 11 million identities. Its product set includes endpoint detection and response, identity threat detection and response, security information and event management, security awareness training and security posture management tools.
The latest channel expansion highlights how cybersecurity suppliers are relying on distribution specialists to reach fragmented customer groups, particularly in public services and among mid-sized companies that depend on external IT providers for procurement and support.
Huntress describes QBS Software as the first dedicated cybersecurity and enterprise software distributor in the United Kingdom.
