Infinigate appoints Caroline Hutchins as new Chief People Officer

The Infinigate Group, a premier distributor of cybersecurity, secure networks and secure cloud solutions, has announced the appointment of Caroline Hutchins as its new Chief People Officer (CPO).

A seasoned HR professional, Hutchins brings rich international experience leading people transformation programs in diverse sectors, including Professional Services, Retail, Wholesale and People Technology.

In her new role as CPO, starting from 1 December 2023, Hutchins will be tasked with managing the company's burgeoning human capital and employee base following its recent expansion. She will be a crucial part of the Infinigate Management Team in implementing strategies to ensure its employees' care, development and growth. This is especially significant considering Infinigate's high regard for its personalised service, human and digital dual approach to business, and in-house expertise.

The appointment of a dedicated CPO aligns perfectly with Infinigate's vision to achieve double-digit growth continually, a trend it has consistently maintained for over fifteen years. Hutchins will play a key role in fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous learning, thus further energising the company's human resources towards its ambitious goals.
