Infinigate Cloud partners with Chorus to boost cybersecurity services

Infinigate Cloud has announced a partnership with Chorus, a global leader in managed security services, to enhance its portfolio and support Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in safeguarding customers' critical data and IT assets. This collaboration will allow Infinigate Cloud to offer a Microsoft Sentinel-based Security Operations Centre-as-a-Service (SOCaaS) to over 5,500 MSPs across Europe.

The partnership aims to meet the increasing demand for comprehensive managed security services driven by the rise of cybersecurity threats. Utilizing Chorus' expertise, Infinigate Cloud's MSP partners will now have access to Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) services. "We are seeing a growing requirement for MSPs to provide full 24x7 security protection for their customers," said Michael Frisby, Senior VP of Cloud Services at Infinigate Cloud. "For the majority of MSPs, the only viable route to provide true 24x7 managed security protection is through partnership with a specialist provider. This provides peace of mind not only for the end-customers but also for MSPs knowing that their customers are being actively protected around the clock."

The managed security services provided by Chorus will be operational from their UK-based Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC), which operates 24x7x365. These services are backed by Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR. This has recently led to the services being awarded Microsoft-verified MXDR solution status, validating the quality of the services provided. Chorus, with over 100 employees, is recognised as a leading provider of Microsoft Security services and is a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA).
