Infinigate & Torq partner to roll out AI security solution

Today

Infinigate and Torq have formed a European channel partnership to distribute the Torq HyperSOC solution for security operations centres.

The partnership will see the Infinigate Group take on the distribution of Torq HyperSOC across Europe. Torq HyperSOC is a solution designed to automate, manage and monitor security operations centre (SOC) responses using Torq's AI-driven Hyperautomation Platform. The system leverages natural language processing (NLP) to initiate and accelerate security event investigations, triage, and remediation at scale while providing case management and automating complex security processes.

Torq HyperSOC incorporates Agentic AI functionality, including OmniAgent, which is able to undertake deep research, planning, and execution. The OmniAgent coordinates and collaborates with other AI Agents to provide advanced analysis and precision auto-remediation, designed to operate at near human-level.

The adoption of hyperautomation and AI in security operations is seen by both companies as essential to addressing persistent industry challenges such as alert fatigue, technology sprawl, and shortages of skilled personnel. This aligns with perspectives from industry analysts including Gartner, who predict more extensive use of hyperautomation and AI for threat detection and incident response in support of security professionals and SOCs.

Commenting on the agreement, Usman Gulfaraz, VP Sales, EMEA, Torq, said: "Torq is experiencing unprecedented growth across Europe and the Infinigate Group is an ideal channel partner for harnessing ever-elevating opportunities to meet enterprise demand. The Infinigate Group's impressive cybersecurity focus and expertise, channel reach, and drive set the stage for further expansion. We see huge potential across Europe and look forward to working closely with Infinigate to sell, deploy, and support Torq across the region."

Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum, Chief Growth Officer at the Infinigate Group, expressed his support for the partnership, stating: "We are delighted to forge a partnership with Torq, a truly innovative cybersecurity company. Together, we can bring truly transformative solutions to our partners to help their customers mitigate rising cyber-risk without investing in internal resources. Additionally, Torq's solutions natively integrate with numerous vendors in the Infinigate portfolio, making this a great fit for all."

Lewis Dick, Alliances Director at the Infinigate Group, added: "Torq is a valuable addition and a great fit within our portfolio of cybersecurity solutions, delivering on the growing trends and high demand for AI and automation. Our channel partners stand to benefit from the effectiveness, simplicity, ease of deployment and reliability of Torq HyperSOC."

The collaboration will enable enterprise customers across Europe to access Torq's automation technology, positioned to improve SOC effectiveness while addressing the difficulty of scaling security teams and tools.

Torq's client base includes multinational enterprises from sectors such as consumer goods, finance, hospitality, and technology, and the company supports a range of high-profile organisations. The Infinigate Group operates across EMEA and ANZ, offering solutions and services to businesses ranging from small and medium enterprises to large corporations.
