Kingsfield marks record year with major framework wins & awards
Mon, 22nd Jan 2024

The technology expert firm, Kingsfield, has celebrated a record year in 2023 after earning three considerable framework wins amounting to over 13 billion in value, expanding its workforce with six new appointments, and acquiring three prestigious awards.

The company kicked off the year by being awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s NS3 Framework. The prestigious opportunity has allowed Kingsfield to offer a wide range of connectivity solutions for various public sector bodies across the UK.

The tech firm has also managed to grow its influence through the G-Cloud 13 framework, another significant Crown Commercial Service. This development will enable Kingsfield to provide cloud services to key organisations such as the NHS and other public sector bodies. Collectively, these valuable framework achievements and business partnerships - with firms like Microsoft - led Kingsfield to generate close to 23 million in sales in 2023.

Recently, Kingsfield partnered with Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust to roll out Apple devices, including iPads, across the organisation, which will assist staff with routine patient care duties. This move marks an important advancement in the utilisation of modern technology to support healthcare services.

Following these successes, Kingsfield swept up a series of awards in 2023. The firm bagged the 'Corporate Reseller of the Year' award at the Technology Reseller Awards, underlining Kingsfield’s evolution from a small team in the Midlands into a significant player in the tech industry.

Furthermore, the tech firm was named Lenovo’s ‘Growth Partner of the Year’ for 2023. Kingsfield also earned recognition from tech giant Microsoft, bagging the 'Worldwide Surface Rising Star Partner of the Year' for 2023. The company's 'Gold' status for its services and sales numbers secured them this coveted award.

Brian Boys, Managing Director of Kingsfield, shared his thoughts on these accomplishments, saying, “By forging strong partnerships, we have offered tailored, bespoke technology solutions that address the unique challenges faced by public sector organisations across the country."

"This approach is the first step in the business’ long-term vision, to solidify Kingsfield IT as the most reliable and efficient compliant solution providers. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue shaping the future of technology, driving innovation, and fostering collaborative partnerships that drive positive change.”

In line with its commitment to its long-term vision and corporate goals, Kingsfield states the company is keen on carrying forward its streak of success into 2024. The company aims to support more public sector organisations in meeting their digital transformation goals and continues to be a key player in the tech industry.
