Kubus has been appointed a Verkada Premier Services Partner, making it the only UK partner to hold both Verkada Diamond Partner and Premier Services Partner status at the same time.

The new designation places the Cirencester-headquartered IT and infrastructure services company among six UK partners with Verkada Premier Services Partner status. Verkada awards the status after assessing a partner's installation quality, customer satisfaction, number of Verkada Certified Engineers and ability to deliver full-service deployments.

Kubus operates in networking, IP infrastructure and managed services, adding the appointment to its existing standing within Verkada's partner network. Verkada is known for cloud-managed physical security products including video security, access control, alarms, intercoms, air quality sensors and workplace management.

The evaluation also considers specialty service offerings, a partner's ability to manage complex installation-only projects and participation in beta programmes. These criteria are intended to measure how partners handle deployments and support across Verkada's product range.

Jeremy Keefe, Chief Executive Officer of Kubus, described the move as another step forward in the company's relationship with Verkada.

"This appointment is yet another significant step forward for Kubus. Not only are we able to announce that we have been officially promoted to Verkada Premier Services Partner status, but we are also proud to say that Kubus is one of only six partners in the UK to hold this designation. That means Kubus is currently the only UK partner to hold both Diamond and VPS," said Jeremy Keefe, Chief Executive Officer of Kubus.

Verkada's channel structure distinguishes between sales performance and service delivery, and Kubus now holds recognition in both areas. Diamond Partner status reflects its existing position within Verkada's partner programme, while Premier Services Partner accreditation is tied to delivery standards and field execution.

Partner criteria

According to programme details, the core metrics include Install NPS, Partner NPS, a high density of Verkada Certified Engineers and full-service deployment capability. Secondary factors include service specialisms, readiness to take on more complex projects and strategic engagement through beta work.

For customers, that combination may matter most in projects where IT networking and physical security increasingly overlap. Organisations often need suppliers that can manage both the infrastructure layer and the installation of connected security systems across multiple sites.

Kubus said the status reflects its investment in Verkada-related expertise and service delivery. The company positions itself as an end-to-end provider, covering procurement, global logistics and managed support alongside infrastructure deployment.

Keefe said the latest designation would deepen ties with the security technology supplier.

"This recognition reflects our continued investment in Verkada expertise, strong service delivery and commitment to providing customers with high-quality deployment and support. Achieving Premier Services Partner status considerably strengthens our relationship with Verkada and further demonstrates Kubus's ability to deliver trusted and flexible solutions for our customers," he said.
