LogicMonitor has named Festo, Arm, ANS Group, SCC and Softcat among its 2026 EMEA Elevate Award winners. The awards recognise customers and partners using AI and automation to reshape IT operations.
This year's winners reported lower alert volumes, fewer observability cases and faster incident resolution across hybrid IT environments. Other EMEA winners included Intercept and Kris Manning, Global Head of IT Networks at Syngenta.
Festo won the Hybrid Observability Excellence Award after moving about 90% of its monitoring tools onto LogicMonitor's platform. The industrial automation company also brought 18 teams and more than 50 technologies onto one system, while reducing alert noise by 85% with Edwin AI, LogicMonitor's software for linking IT alerts and helping engineers investigate incidents.
Arm received the Business Impact Award. The chip designer used Service Insights as part of its operational strategy to identify trends, improve service delivery and support business decision-making.
ANS Group won the Autonomous IT Trailblazer Award for changes to its managed services operations using Edwin AI. The business cut alert noise by 83%, reduced observability case volumes by 45% and lowered average incident resolution times by 44%, while keeping service-level agreement performance above 97%.
Among service provider winners, SCC took the MSP Innovation Award for SCC Vision, a managed services platform built on LogicMonitor. The platform combines older monitoring tools and ServiceNow workflows with AI-led automation.
Intercept won the MSP Excellence Award after building a managed services model around the platform and standardising Azure and hybrid observability services to improve customer visibility.
Softcat was named EMEA Partner of the Year after expanding its regional reach through its observability practice and securing enterprise customer wins across EMEA.
Kris Manning, Global Head of IT Networks at Syngenta, received the Community Engagement Award for his participation in customer forums, webinars and other community activity.
Operational focus
The awards reflect demand from businesses seeking tighter control over complex technology estates spanning on-premise systems, cloud services and managed environments. Observability tools have become a bigger part of that effort as IT teams try to reduce downtime, manage cost pressures and respond faster to incidents.
Vendors in the sector have increasingly added AI features to sort alerts, identify patterns and automate investigation steps. LogicMonitor's approach centres on Edwin AI, which it presents as a way to connect alerts across systems and reduce the manual work involved in incident response.
The winning projects were presented as examples of organisations moving from fragmented monitoring to broader operational oversight. Several awards focused not only on technical metrics but also on business outcomes such as service delivery, internal coordination and managed service performance.
That was especially clear in the results highlighted for Festo and ANS Group, where lower alert noise and case volumes were linked to day-to-day operational efficiency. In Arm's case, the emphasis was on using operational data to support broader business decisions rather than limiting the system to technical monitoring alone.
Industry pressure
Across EMEA, technology teams face rising expectations to maintain service reliability while managing a growing mix of applications, cloud services and infrastructure. Managed service providers are also under pressure to standardise operations across customer estates without increasing the workload on technical staff.
LogicMonitor used the awards to highlight examples of customers and partners consolidating tools previously spread across different teams. That theme was strongest in Festo's project and SCC's managed services platform, both of which focused on bringing disparate systems into a single operational model.
John Grosshans, President of Field Operations at LogicMonitor, said: "This year's EMEA Elevate Award winners are proving that the path to Autonomous IT starts with real, measurable improvements in how organizations operate. They're reducing complexity, giving teams time back and using AI to make better decisions and take more effective action. We're proud to recognize their achievements and the impact they're delivering for their businesses and customers."
