LogicMonitor recognises global leaders in AI & IT excellence

LogicMonitor has announced the recipients of its 2025 Elevate Awards, which recognise customers and partners for achievements in AI-driven observability and data centre transformation.

The awards programme highlighted organisations from a variety of industries and regions, including Presidio, Syngenta, Infosys, NTT Data, and AWS, for their application of LogicMonitor's hybrid observability platform in modernising IT operations and supporting business outcomes.

Award recognition

Syngenta Group was named the Agentic AIOps Trailblazer for its advancements in Edwin AI capabilities through LogicMonitor. Presidio secured the MSP Excellence Award after documenting a 93 percent reduction in major incidents during its evaluation phase. Infosys received the Global Service & Practice Innovation Award for the development of its AIOps Insights offerings, and AWS was recognised with the Global Hyperscale Partnership Excellence Award for its efforts in Gen AI innovation and cloud migration. NTT Data was presented with the Global Strategic Partner Award for deploying AI-driven observability to over 600 managed service customers.

The 2025 Elevate Awards highlight the contribution of these organisations in setting new standards in IT management. According to LogicMonitor, the awards "spotlight customers and partners who are redefining operational excellence through innovative use of LogicMonitor's hybrid observability platform."

Additional winners included Pacific Dental Services, honoured with the Business Outcome of the Year award for its deployment of LogicMonitor during Hurricane Milton in 2024, enabling automated real-time disaster response across more than 1,000 dental practices. TELUS Digital and Roche received the Hybrid Observability Excellence Award for their respective achievements in streamlining alerting processes and scaling enterprise-wide monitoring deployments.

Customer and partner achievements

LogicMonitor's Chief Executive Officer, Christina Kosmowski, noted the impact of AI on operational monitoring. The press release further detailed the transformative approaches of each award recipient. Syngenta Group was cited as "a driving force behind the evolution of Edwin AI, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible with LogicMonitor's AI capabilities to deliver smarter, faster operational outcomes." Presidio documented the embedding of LogicMonitor at the centre of its managed services, and described delivering "scalable, AI-enhanced observability to large enterprise clients." Devoteam was also recognised for being the first Edwin AI customer to go live in EMEA, contributing to regional momentum.

Community engagement awards went to individuals such as Mike Moniz of Continental Resources, Stu Reid of Deutsche Telekom, and Steve Smith of SCC, who were credited with contributions to the LogicMonitor community platform and product development.

Partner collaborations

On the partner side, Infosys's integration of LogicMonitor's Edwin AI into its AIOps Insights suite was acknowledged for supporting a range of Fortune 500 customers globally. The partners engaged in joint initiatives including adoption workshops, business value tracking, and service health checks.

AWS's collaboration with LogicMonitor was highlighted for driving the launch of Gen AI monitoring solutions for Amazon Bedrock and supporting accelerating cloud migration strategies. AWS was the first public cloud provider to select LogicMonitor as an observability partner for VMware migrations. According to LogicMonitor, AWS supports the offering with cloud hosting, technical collaboration, and expanded routes to market.

NTT Data was honoured for integrating LogicMonitor's LM Envision platform into services delivered to its client base, resulting in "a global observability practice that delivers clear results for enterprises." The collaboration enabled support for "cloud modernisation, simplified operations, and AI-driven service delivery." The partnership also encompassed multiple-entity deployments and cross-regional migrations.

Additional regional partner awards were presented to CDW (Americas) and Softcat (EMEA) for their roles in LogicMonitor deployment and customer enablement. CDW launched its own LogicMonitor services practice in 2024, while Softcat built on its observability offerings to drive regional growth and customer engagement through its connectivity teams.

Industry visibility

The event saw participation from LogicMonitor users, partners, and industry leaders, with technical sessions and discussions focusing on AI integration and monitoring best practices across hybrid environments. LogicMonitor described the gathering as a "major milestone in LogicMonitor's global community-building efforts, showcasing the company's bold vision for AI-powered observability and data centre modernisation."
