M247 revamps Channel Partner Programme, launches London push
Manchester-based cloud and connectivity provider, M247, has unveiled a revamped Channel Partner Programme aimed at expanding its reach and enhancing its services for channel-based businesses. The re-launched programme seeks to increase the involvement of London-based partners, marking a significant shift in the company's focus towards a channel-centric approach from 2024 onwards.
M247, renowned for its global cloud and connectivity services, has restructured its previous Channel Partner Programme to include a variety of new benefits designed to enhance the customer experience for channel partners and aid their growth. Central to the revamped programme is a tier-based system that partners can ascend by contributing to growth and revenue. This system, built on a 50% split between growth and revenue contribution, offers several exclusive advantages.
Upon joining the programme, partners gain access to the My247 Portal, which provides instant access to M247's services. The portal also allows partners to raise support tickets and view exclusive partner features through a dedicated partner dashboard. Additionally, partners can participate in exclusive events such as the quarterly 'Channel Lunch Club,' an occasion for networking and sharing insights on the latest industry trends with keynote speakers. Security is also a priority, with extensive cyber security audits and detailed post-incident reports available to partners.
In a bid to boost its presence in the capital, M247 has introduced the 'London Loyalty' promotion, specifically designed for London-based channel partners. This initiative offers significant rebates to partners who sign up for new fibre line circuits, including 100Mb/1Gb and 1Gb/1Gb lines. To qualify for the promotion, customers of the partner organisations must be located in London's 'FlexZone' and connected to the new fibre lines by 31st October 2024.
Estelle Cameron, Sales Director at M247, highlighted the importance of strong relationships in driving the company's success. "At M247, we believe that building great relationships is the key to our success and our Channel Partner Programme is built on the foundational belief that we can succeed together with our partners," she stated.
Cameron elaborated on the bespoke nature of the programme, noting that it allows for the creation of tailor-made account development plans, enablement sessions, and rebate programmes for partners. "Through promotional offers like our 'London Loyalty' scheme, we can bring fantastic value to our list of channel partners. By understanding their individual needs, the programme allows us to collaborate closely with our partners to help drive their business forward," she added.
The refreshed Channel Partner Programme represents M247's commitment to fostering growth and enhancing collaboration within its partner network. This initiative aligns with the company's broader strategy of supporting businesses on their digital transformation journeys, leveraging its extensive global footprint that includes offices in Manchester, London, and Bucharest, and a presence in 75 data centres worldwide.
As M247 fortifies its channel partner relationships and extends its reach, the introduction of these new benefits and promotions signals a robust effort to enhance value for partners, particularly those based in London. This strategic focus on channel partnerships is expected to invigorate M247's overall business performance and elevate its service delivery across the board.
