N-able announces new vendor integrations to enhance MSP services

Wed, 21st Aug 2024

N-able has announced the addition of several vendors to its Technology Alliance Program (TAP). This initiative, designed to foster innovation and efficiency within managed service providers (MSPs), aims to integrate various technology solutions with N-able's extensive portfolio. The inclusion of new vendors is expected to enhance the capabilities available to MSPs, allowing them to manage their services more effectively.

The company states that N-able TAP brings together leading technology companies to further integrate their respective solutions with N-able's offerings. The initiative is designed to provide MSPs with a trusted community of providers, offering a range of third-party integrations and services. This allows MSPs to offer their customers greater flexibility and choice.

According to N-able, the latest vendor alliances serve to deliver unified management, advanced cybersecurity, data protection capabilities, AI-powered automation, and streamlined workflows. These new capabilities are intended to help MSPs optimise their operations and expand their business.

One of the key additions to N-able’s TAP is the integration with Bocada. This particular partnership will enable Cove users to automate centralised API-based Cove backup monitoring and reporting, enhancing the oversight of backup operations. Bocada aims to help enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and MSPs worldwide achieve greater cyber resilience while reducing risk and operational costs.

Additionally, AlertOps has been integrated to provide advanced alert management solutions, designed to streamline IT operations. This system aims to improve response times and operational efficiency by ensuring timely and accurate notifications are delivered to the appropriate personnel.

DeskDay has been added to provide a next-generation conversational professional services automation (PSA) solution with built-in customer ticketing apps for platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Mobile, and Desktop. This integration is expected to enhance the productivity and profitability of modern MSPs through AI-powered automation and streamlined workflows.

Further integrations include PIXM and Hudu. PIXM offers computer vision AI to stop phishing attempts at the point of a click in the browser, catching spear-phishing campaigns across various platforms including email, Slack, Teams, SMS, and QR codes. Hudu provides MSPs with a centralised documentation platform, enabling the organisation and management of standard operating procedures, devices, passwords, and IT infrastructure in one place.

David Weeks, Vice President of Partner Experience at N-able, commented, “By understanding the challenges MSPs face, we built TAP and our wider Ecoverse vision to help simplify an MSP's day. We want to enable them to work faster and smarter, exceed their customers’ expectations, and grow a successful business. Here at N-able, we take our responsibility as a partner seriously. Our mission is to give our MSP partners both the tools and technical know-how to meet their goals. We believe TAP helps by providing more flexibility and choice in their technology decisions.”

These new integrations and partnerships are part of N-able's broader strategy to enhance its platform's capabilities, providing MSPs with a comprehensive suite of tools designed to support their growth and operational efficiency, the company states.
