Neos Networks enhances LIVEQUOTE with user-friendly features

Neos Networks, a UK-based connectivity provider, has announced an extensive upgrade to its digital platform, LIVEQUOTE, optimising end-to-end user experience for its wholesale and enterprise clientele.

The enhancements introduce 15 new features focused on streamlining the purchasing of connectivity solutions, and offering more consistency in services and solutions through enhanced APIs for Neos' channel partners.

The upgrades include a variety of user-friendly features such as chat messaging, location-based real-time availability, and real-time updates on order and quote status. Furthermore, a new quantum quoting feature giving customers a tailored selection of services and an improved product range go hand-in-hand with enhancements like API integration to provide a significantly improved user experience.

Customers can now view locally available products using a postcode, coordinates or an interactive map, filter their options and perform scenario analyses in constructing apt solutions. Furthermore, all these features are accessible from a multi-quote ordering system, simplifying business procedures for customers.

The LIVEQUOTE platform now presents real-time status updates on orders and quotes, reducing the need for traditional channels of communication such as email and telephone. With orders and quotes information directly available, the platform aims to provide customers with immediate, transparent access to their transactions. The inclusion of chat messaging further enables real-time interactions and support.

Among further enhancements, the platform now supports bulk circuit ordering within multi-quote baskets, advanced Optical 100G and 400G quoting and ordering, and introduces higher capacity DIA (Dedicated Internet Access) services up to 10G. The platform's further enhancements toward dynamic ordering facilitates straightforward order placement with minimal data entry, expanding capabilities for all product types, seamlessly achievable for most customers.

These additional features also offer customers an expanded range of product options whether purchasing through the portal or via APIs. Wholesale buyers are provided more choices beyond Ethernet including optical, Dedicated Internet Access, Cloud Connect and Access Tails, providing a more comprehensive, customised purchasing experience.
